Very happy with product. arrived day after ordering. Needed to employ a handyman to help fit it but together we managed it. Works fine.

Worth waiting for
Took a while to source the items I needed and while I had to wait a while for Doorstuff to deliver they did contact me promptly to say the items were on order from their supplier in the USA but if I wanted I could have a refund.
I choose to wait as I knew the items were made in California and would cost me far more to buy and ship them to the UK myself.

Thank you for your review. Our cut-off for dispatch before Christmas was for orders placed before 12 noon on the 20th December. Your order was received after this time. We did send you an e-mail explaining this and that you could upgrade your service to allow delivery before Christmas. Acme sliding door fittings
Ordered new fittings for our 20 year old sliding doors to replace old broken ones. Came quickly and were exactly what we needed. Doors are working seamlessly again.

Doorstuff was no problem ordering
But your delivery company DX was a very poor service they sent me messages for 3 days saying no one was home which was totally untrue we had to keep rebooking delivery and no way of contacting them you should use someone else they are bad for your business

I got confused by the website perhaps not quite working properly, but when I phoned I got through in a few seconds and the member of staff sorted everything out for me. Excellent service. And the parts arrived in a couple of days.
