Very happy with product. arrived day after ordering. Needed to employ a handyman to help fit it but together we managed it. Works fine.

Good advice and good quality product.

I phoned the company for advice on sliding door track as mine needed to be replaced. As the doors and wheels where American I was having trouble finding track to replace what I had. The guy was extremely helpful and managed to find track suitable, It was delivered two days later so I was very pleased.

the gentleman on the phone was most helpful I had a problem he looked into it and called me back with a great solution, I will not hesitate to use them again fantastic customer service.

Short delivered

Short delivered . Then wanted to charge delivery fkk on item short delivered . Have asked them to raise credit . A month later still waiting for the credit

Thank you for your review. We did contact you at the time of the order to explain that one of the parts was out of stock (as advised on the website) and would be a month or so from our US supplier. We advised we could part ship but there would be an extra carriage charge for dispatching the second item. You accepted this and asked for a part shipment. Once the out of stock part arrived we requested a second carriage payment as previously agreed, only at this point did you request a refund. The refund was processed within 4 hours of your request however you posted this review before we could get the refund to you. I hope this clears up the timeline for you and we are sorry we could not help in a more timely manner. Regards, Doorstuff team.
