Excellent product and happy with it. However delivery was not great.
No contact to advise when the delivery was being made. I had to phone to ask and it turns out I had missed the first attempt. Luckily was able to receive it on the 2nd round but that was luck someone was in. The box was ripped wide open and bashed. Again luckily the bag of bits was at the other end and the steel studs within the box protected the sliding door runner. This could have been far worse.

Very friendly and helpful staff who responded very quickly to my enquiry. Delivered when promised and altogether a painless experience.

The product was exactly what i needed. My door opening isn't standsrd, but they sorted a bespoke set of parts to meet the requiremments. They despatched the same day, but unfortuntely the courier DX was totally useless and it took days to arrive despite DX messaging me on three consecative days to say it would be deliverd.
The company dis chase up DX for me and it was then finally delivered.
The doors now glide perfectly so the kit is excellent.

I really liked my experience buying from this company and I also like the style and quality of the latch.
My only issue is that I really wanted to get the latch and the catch on the latch to line up but to work they have to be set a little off. Having looked at other latches I think this may be normal but my eye didn’t like it. Now it’s been up a few months I don’t notice this and the latch is performing well and still looks great.

Although i have not fitted the system yet it all appears to be good quality and well made.
