Not as described

When we purchased the door brushes, the listing clearly stated they were black. However, they arrived in a brownish colour. I contacted customer service — the representative was polite and explained that the brushes only come in brown, offering a refund. We decided to keep and use them, but my concern is that the product description is misleading. Please update your website to accurately reflect the colour, as this can be quite frustrating for customers looking for specific details.

Really helpful, great support.

Really helpful. I had a door runner that had worn out. Didn't want to buy a complete kit for a small part. Contacted Doorstuff Ltd who located the part, verified it was correct via email to me and then set up the payment. Item arrived within 2 days. Absolutely great service.

After much searching
..

Searched everywhere for some decent sliding door mechanisms and came across this company. Fortunately they were reasonably local so I was able to do a pick up order of what I needed. They were all very helpful and by the looks of their store have pretty much anything you could possibly need in that respect. Friendly and pleasant staff and would recommend to anyone.

Item arrived promptly but unfortunately in my opinion vastly overpriced for the quality
I wish I had of had time to shop around and I’m sure I could have found the same for half the money

Thank you for your review. I can see from our records you purchased our industrial heavy duty system. Whilst we do have systems that are rated to the same weight capacity for around half the price the system you purchased has been designed and tested for very heavy duty use in an industrial application. For a heavy duty industrial sliding door system we do believe our price is competitive. Regards, Doorstuff team.
