I ordered a product (GripX) to apply to porcelain slabs.
I ordered a product (GripX) to apply to porcelain, as for some reason the previous house owners used that for part of the patio, very slippery when wet. The product went on very easily with a paint roller and we applied two layers as instructed. Once cured there was a slight gritty powder on the surface which made we wonder if it hadn't fixed properly. However, three weeks on and the tiles are still covered in a gritty and grippy invisible coating and the problem is dealt with. It states two years effectiveness, but I will be interested to see what it is like at the end of the summer (currently May 2022). Even a year of safety would be good value. I did buy a second product (Bonding Agent) but didn't use it. If I reapply I will use the bonding agent to make it more resilient.

Peter made it seem so easy, but actually it was.
