I emailed them for advice on and got a full response from them within a few days after they consulted with their tech team. I then bought the product online - really straightforward to do, good website, good delivery or pick up options, clear pricing.

There was a problem with the delivery due to Royal Mail. I called the company and they sorted the issue immediately; they could not have been nicer or more efficient about it all. It made all the difference. I now have the product and it is perfect for what I need. A really positive experience.

Needed some sticky radiator collars for my flooring as wooden rings would not have fit in the tight space at back of my pipes. These fit perfectly as i was able to cut them easily to fit at the back of pipe/skirting board. The grey colour was just right for my floor. Got a nice touch thank you email from Jane for making an order with them. . Overall a good buying experience.

Excellent customer service from Jane who arranged for the web developers to fix a coding issue preventing me from being able to make a shipping selection. Her commitment to see the issue through to the end was really impressive. Would highly recommend from a customer service respective.

Order placed for Duralay underlay for wood laminate floor at 10pm on Wednesday night. Order confirmed 9:15 on Thursday Morning and collected by DHL 11:24 that morning. First class service from Buy Flooring Online. DHL Not so good. At Delivery warehouse 07:25 on Friday morning. 4 days later waiting delivery. DHL customer service a waste of space. Contacted by phone and e-mail. I let the supplier know that DHL were letting them down - no complaints regarding their operation. Buy flooring online chased the order to find it's in a pre-Christmas backlog at the DHL delivery warehouse. I need it for 1st week of January fitting, Just had confirmation from Buy Flooring Online that my order will be delivered by 30th December latest. Superb service thank you

Ordered two rolls of carpet underlay, when only one arrived after questioning the courier who said I’ve only the one on my van that’s it. I telephoned Buy Flooring Online when after listening to a long sales message about what the company does and the 1st class customer focus I was then put on hold after holding sometime the message then came all out operators are busy with other customers leave a message and we will telephone you back. I left 3 messages only to find nothing happened until a couple of hours later I received a call from a female who stated I am working from home. This was obvious as the lady was being called for attention by her child which she at one point had some conversation with it.
I told her the problem that I ordered two rolls of underlay and only one had been delivered. But she was having a problem finding the sales invoice on her PC maybe due to the home distractions? I supplied her with the order number but that didn’t seem to help. Not during the conversation was she able to say where the other roll would be? So I offered to say can you find out what’s happening and let me know once you have all the information. She agreed to re telephone me, but that didn’t happen. I also said that as there was in my opinion no problems with the payments I didn’t feel it was right that I experienced problems with the delivery. If she couldn’t come back to me that day I would contact my payment method and request a refund for half the order.
The following late afternoon the same delivery van and same driver from the Courier’s delivered the second roll.
The company made no attempt to offer information nothing.
I would be reasonless to expect that the same delivery courier both van & driver would deliver the two rolls together. So it would seem more of the fault lay with the TNT Courier’s , sadly if the supplying company cannot control its orders and looses track of when & where then this falls as a responsibility of the supplying company. 2 Stars rating this online company due to not being able to answer the simplest of customer questions & not doing as offered a return call to keep a customer informed and whilst I appreciate people now working from home very young children that need mums attention is more important than the customer. But that’s not how it should be.

I was so impressed with Buy Flooring Online! I found a 6mm underlay I required. The price was very good and competitive compared to other companies and the delivery charge was very reasonable. Within an hour, I got a dispatch email and the product arrived very promptly the next day! It was also very well packaged. As I said, I was very impressed and I will be using BFO again in the near future and I would certainly recommend them!
