Floor Grip has made an absolutely massive difference to my large, elderly dog's life and confidence, not to mention my back from keep pulling him back up onto his feet and trying to hold him upright whilst he previously skated along the parquet floors! I was finally able to remove the layers of rugs and yoga mats and he still has adequate traction to stay upright and get himself up from the floor off his beds. I set the level of traction with the additive at high but he is extremely neurological, less grip would work fine for a regular dog. Total life saver for whatever time my dog has left.

The service was good, arrived in good time. However, the instructions for application did not produce a satisfactory result. "Pour the contents of the bottle into the bath and spread with the supplied roller." Although carefully rolled out it was not noticeable that the fine sand content of the solution was being evenly distributed. The result is swathes of sand amid slightly more bare areas. It would have been better with hindsight, to have poured the solution in as required to achieve an even distribution.

best customer service i've ever had:
bought stone grip to be used on dark grey tiles in the kitchen, followed the instructions exactly and did the sample tile, ended up with such a colour difference you can see the tile is far lighter in colour from a different room. certainly wont be doing the whole floor with it even though it did improve the grip, it would look a right mess.
after posting that above review slip doctors contacted me and recommend i try deck grip instead and even sent it to me free of charge as long as i agreed to try it. it came a couple of days later, and did exactly what i wanted. the tiles look shinier than before, but in my opinion that makes them look slightly better, but there was no change to the colour of the tiles and the main thing is my old dog and my disabled mother are no longer slipping over on the kitchen tiles. i’d certainly recommend contacting slip doctors first to find out which product best suits the floor its being used on, if i had done that i probably would have avoided having the little disaster with the stone grip first.

The paint arrived on time. But because the weather is not drying weather we have not been able to use it so cannot comment on the application it needs good weather to use so that it will dry

It came very quickly, we have not used it as yet. The help desk was excellent for dealing with advice.

Paint ordered and delivered on time. Dane in the office dealt with subsequent enquiries very efficiently and with excellent good humour.

I was unsure about the product to use on my resin shower tray, contacted them and they quickly and kindly identified the correct one.
Product ordered and arrived in a matter of days (spray in my case). Applied and all seems good.
My shower tray is 800x1200, I applied it as described in 3-4 light continuos passes to form one single coat and that was enough.
Plenty left in the can for another coat or for larger areas.
After 24h I took a nice shower without risking to break my neck anymore!

Great delivery, but I haven’t used the product yet.

Bought this for my elderly parents to create a slip free shower tray. I have to say I was a little worried that it wouldn’t work but I am pleased to report that it did exactly what it says on the can it really does work - a fab product.

Dealing with Slip Doctor was easy and the delivery was efficient.

WIll paint teh required stairs with the product this weekend and will add a comment after the paint has cured.

The customer service was second to none. The product I bought was Deck Grip, which we have now applied, and so far it does what it says on the tin, to coin a phrase.
