Absolutely excellent service

Prompt delivery, reliable company. Good quality batteries.

SLK supplied the batteries quickly and on time at a competitive price. By buying them from SLK it saved my father approx £200 as I swapped over the batteries.

I have nothing but good thinks to say about SLK Mobility . I recently purchased two new batteries for my mobility scooter. Batteries arrived by Parcel Force a couple of days after ordering them.
1st class service , fast , efficient, and friendly. Top quality batteries at a good price. I highly recommend SLK without hesitation.

Bought 2 sets batteries cheaper ones then upgraded to more expensive gel batteries
New ones lasted 8 months and the cheaper ones 6 months
In contact with company not helpful
Best do send them back at your own expense they would test them !
Well not fit for purpose so faulty

I had a lot of questions regarding suitable for batteries for mobility scooter. Nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly. We needed 4 and when order placed they rang just to confirm thats what we wanted. Arrived the next day. Would definitely recommend this company.

Gel batteries were as described of excellent quality and Delivery was very quick.

Terrible quality batteries. 2 x 50ah. I have worked on mobility scooters for over ten years and know my stuff. Batteries arrived and I fully tested them. Horrendous under load test. Unbelievably batteries were dated over two years old and been sitting on shelf. Contacted company and got the response everyone seems to when they complain. Your mobility scooter must be faulty. Absolute rubbish!!! When complained company blocked me on eBay. Thankfully eBay protected me and I got a refund. To think this company are dealing with the elderly and disabled. It’s disgusting. Also face up to your issues and take responsibility don’t just block people. So unprofessional

The website was easy to navigate, I found the batteries I wanted quickly, and ordering was easy.
My order arrived the next day as promised!

The only niggle, if I had to find one, was that the VAT exemption declaration is paper-based; other companies have an electronic version to fill in at the time of purchase. It was though, just fill it in and scan and email, but still more long-winded than it could have been!

I used this company for the 1st time last year initially I had ordered the wrong sized batteries for my mobility scooter. So of course I had to return them. I phoned SLK Mobility to explain my situation and they were very helpful at explaining how to return the batteries to them and helping me select the proper batteries for my scooter. However, if I had taken the time to actually read the information on their website, then I wouldn’t have made that mistake. They explain very clearly the capacity of each battery i.e. for light use or heavy use and they give the measurement of the batteries too. Having taken the time to read the information reordering my new batteries was so much easier and I was able to buy ones that would better support my need for longer more frequent journeys on my scooter. Highly recommend this company for helpfulness, price point and fast delivery. 

My mobility scooter died on Sunday morning, so I searched for a battery supplier.
A quick google search took me to SLK who were offering batteries at a very reasonable price.
The website was easy to understand and enabled me to easily identify which battery I needed.
I ordered the battery on Sunday at 17:45 and it arrived on Tuesday at 15:25 - less than 48hrs!

The SLK Mobility website allows you to select the correct Batteries you need very quickly and place your order online. They are dispatched next working day and delivered the following workday. Excellent service, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The batteries were nowhere near the claimed 75Ah. The original batteries lasted 10 years and were good for an hour or more driving. The SLK ones barely managed 20 minutes and resulted in strandings. They rapidly deteriorated and were useless within a few months.
They were replaced with a pair of Varta car batteries from Tanya which not only restored performance but were half the price and have a 4 year guarantee.
