Scam Company, they charged 25€ when I deposited 20€, but when I withdrew 20€ they only sent me 18€>

And they only gave me 8 freespins but advertised 250 freespins.

Be very careful of this scam site , not only this site watch out for their sister sites . Frenwall Limited . I can’t believe how this can be legal they are basically stealing money . Be warned don’t ever deposit on their sites . I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy I mean that’s how bad they are .

Don’t play at this casino. Before today ur was never a problem. I won 1500 euro and made a withdrawal then they suddenly asked for documents. I send all they wanted but they tried to delay. I waited for 48 hours nothing happens to my withdrawal. Then they asked that I need to send a statement for a revolut card. I have never used revolut bank. I send the documents again but I got the same answer. Then a i asked why this bullshit. They didn’t respond. Then my account got closed permanently. Don’t play!! I have made severely withdrawals with big amounts never problem before. But now they played and me.

i would just like to say i will never be playing on this gambling site again, you guys are absolutley awful. It is easy to deposit money but close to impossible to withdraw. And when you cant withdraw you have no choice but to keep playing. And this is the funny part. You guys absolutely tank my RTP i mean really shove it into the ground. To test this theory out i played over 100+ spins on multiple slots and all of them payed closed to nothing. I only see bad reviews, and i just feel like that is a shame. I hope a longer and indepth review will help more future customers understand what they will encounter when playing here. I will seperate my good experiences and my bad experiences and then people can decide for themself.
good:
Very fast withdrawals, and great bonuses. A very wide range of games from many providers. Works well on IOS also, and not just on pc. A very humble and helpfull customer support (will mention something on the negative side of this also tho)

bad or questionable:
the very humble and good customer support, only works this way when they are active. you cant see when they are offline which is very annoying. Everything runs smoothly until you might need some complicated assistance, and when you do, it feels like they dont experdite your case to the relevant department unless you ask time and time again.
The whole Netent situation is hard for me to really speak on. i have noticed some of the same things as others mention, but only on specific games. I do think its more just a feeling than a fact tho. getting a Cyprus or Maltease license under those regulations, i cant see how you can fake a whole provider, scam them from their profits, and rig odds without getting sued or jailed. all the Starbursts for example always pays me profits. do i play fruit shop or dazzle me, its always the opposite.
The phishy thing to me is not that. the phishy thing for me is that your highs and lows seems very scripted and it feels like the wins and loses comes at the same times/days on all their sister casinos.
i have nothing to back that up with tho.
a thing they should change tho fr, is that they should block the live games from people like myself who allready told them and proved i am 20 years of age. they have a term that says you cant play live games under the age of 21, but they dont block it still. that means they can terminate your live games wins if you arent aware of that so be mindfull.
