I was extremely ill in hospital and my better half Melissa was running around,helping run my pub,whilst she was doing her job as a mental health nurse,plus worrying about me and my health. I saw send a sloth as she loves them,so I sent her one to show my love and appreciation for her. Thank you very much.

Service was good

Service was good, parcel arrived in the correct timeframe, not sure it was value for money in all honesty, at £20, a touch overpriced. Would still recommend to others though

The sloth arrived I did have to chase…

The sloth arrived I did have to chase up lots for it to be delivered. The first one was lost in the post.
They did advise that only 2 people work for the company but they forgot to send the note on which was a very important part of it as it was for my daughter. She did like it so that is a good thing. The best thing I could advise the company is to maybe monitor the emails a bit more so people can be advised on what is happening.
