I am posting an update to my previous review.

I accepted the AUD 1,000 settlement offer in good faith in order to resolve this matter, however I have still not received any confirmation or update regarding the payment.

It has now been over a month trying to resolve this issue. After raising concerns with the VIP manager, communication stopped. I then contacted customer support repeatedly over several days and was told each time that a response would be provided shortly, but no reply was received.

As shown in my account messages, I made multiple attempts to request contact with the VIP manager and follow up on the issue, but there has been no proper response.

Despite this, I continue to receive promotional messages and bonuses, which are unrelated to the agreed settlement.

I hope this matter is reviewed seriously and that the agreed resolution is honoured.

One of the worst online casinos I’ve…

One of the worst online casinos I’ve ever used.

They failed to pay me out on a winning roulette spin. Went on live chat and emailed support, they didn’t even investigate it, just said that it was settled accordingly.

I then went on to my bet history, screenshotted it and also got the official result from Immersive Roulette and send it to support to demonstrate I was right and their system has messed up. Even then with proof, they still would not pay out.

Nothing but a scam. License reported and refund requested.

SLOTLORDS IS A SCAM

Avoid this casino, I am a silver tier vip who had all their benefits removed because of a high win and withdrawals. Every time I deposit there’s an issue with the bonuses I’m supposed to receive. They make you do a ridiculous amount of steps to verify that you basically just give up. Withdrawals are the same even verified I had to re verify only to get my total winnings returned to me
Multiple times. You can speak to countless support and even the “vip manager” all give different advice or info on how things are getting fixed. They are never going to be held accountable being in a different country and you will quickly see there predatory ways if you choose to WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE GRUBS.

These are the kinda people that ruin online gambling for the rest of us who legitimately want to play and enjoy ourselves on these sites.

Beware and don’t bother! Such a shame and waste! There’s no excuse for that behaviour, they’re just greedy scammers. Don’t be fooled!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. They do not pay out. Spent four hours uploading documents, spoke to four different people through that chat. They all give very different advice. I have uploaded every document you could and still no payout. It just comes back into your account so you spend it. Stay clear of this casino and all the others that take you to the same "Rapyd or StableTec" page when you deposit. If you can learn from this review, my lost funds won't be for nothing.

I requested a withdrawal of 4,000 EUR…

I requested a withdrawal of 4,000 EUR at Slotlords, which was rejected due to an alleged maximum bet violation while playing with an active bonus.

The bonus in question was a Level-Up bonus of 20 EUR, which was automatically activated by the system, without me manually or consciously accepting it. The wagering requirements for this bonus were fully completed, and the 4,000 EUR winnings were generated approximately three hours after the bonus had already been completed. From that point on, gameplay was conducted with real money only and without any active bonus.

During gameplay, it was not visible that any bonus was active. There were no warnings, pop-ups, or notifications indicating that bonus conditions or maximum bet limits applied. The support team also confirmed that I did not actively accept any bonus.

Nevertheless, exactly the requested withdrawal amount of 4,000 EUR was withheld, without any transparent calculation or reference to specific game rounds.

The case is still under review. Players should be cautious with automatically activated Level-Up bonuses and withdrawals at Slotlords.

Ich habe nach Erhalt einer Promotion E-Mail hier eingezahlt und gespielt. Während noch aktives Echtgeld-Guthaben bestand, wurde plötzlich mein Konto vom Casino gesperrt.
Trotz mehrfacher Rückfrage zu dem Grund kam lediglich als Antwort, dass dies eine administrative Entscheidung sei.
Mein verbleibendes Guthaben möchte man mir nun nur dann auszahlen, wenn ich mein Konto über den unsicheren Weg via E-Mail nebst sämtlicher Dokumente verifiziere.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass es kaum ein unseriöseres Provider-Verhalten geben kann. Spielt dort also besser nicht !

After receiving a promotional email, I added a deposit here and played. While I still had active real money balance, my account was suddenly blocked by the casino.
Despite multiple inquiries about the reason, I was only told that this was an administrative decision.
They now only want to pay out my remaining balance if I verify my account via unsecured email communication.
I believe that there could hardly be a more untrustworthy provider. So it's better not to play there!

Durch ein Bonuscode habe ich einen Gewinn von 200€ erreicht.
Dieser wurde beschlagnahmt weil ich die Einsatzregel von 5€ per Bounusspiele überschritten habe.
Das verstehe ich .
In den AGBs steht aber das der Einzahlungseinsatz zurückerstattet wird , was sie sich weigern zu tun.
Kann das echt nicht empfehlen .
Schlechter Service und kein eingehen auf Rückfragen.
