Changing my review. It took some time but they sorted out all my issues and now everything is running as I would expect. Withdrawals are still longer than I would want, but within what I would consider acceptable. And I know now that they do go through and that it is a site that I would trust and recommend.

Der Live-Support ist extrem schlecht und hilft überhaupt nicht weiter. Zudem dauern Auszahlungen viel zu lange und wirken absichtlich hinausgezögert.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Disappointing experience with slot lords. I am have a vip status and withdrawals used to take a day or two maximum I am on my fifth day of waiting where I’ve received the email that my “cashout was successful” yet haven’t at all received the funds. They say it’s an issue with my bank yet they are unable to provide any transaction receipts? Quite odd if it were my banks issue then why can’t transaction receipts be provided? They just give you the same excuse vip manager is no help saids the exact same response every time. If I don’t receive my withdrawal by day 7 I’ll be taking it further. Absolutely appalling. Quick to take money but try to delay paying out and blame it on all other factors rather than admitting they just don’t want to pay you out your entitled winnings.
Day 6 and still haven’t received not received winnings. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted my bank and they advised that there are no pending deposits.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – keine faire Behandlung durch das Casino
Ich habe 53 $ eingezahlt und mit einem 120 %-Bonus insgesamt 116 $ erhalten. Der Bonus war nur für Instant-Win-Spiele gültig, was ich auch beachtet habe.
Ich habe bei einem Spiel pro Kugel zwischen 1,20 $ und 1,50 $ gesetzt und die 10-Kugeln-Funktion aktiviert – also 10 Bälle gleichzeitig gespielt. Das System zeigte dadurch 15 $ als Gesamteinsatz an, obwohl der tatsächliche Einsatz pro Kugel unter der erlaubten Grenze lag.
Das Casino hat die Wette nicht abgelehnt, sondern erst nach meinem Gewinn von 700 $ behauptet, ich hätte die Einsatzgrenze überschritten.
Ich habe den Support dreimal kontaktiert, aber anstatt mir zu helfen oder das Problem zu prüfen, wurde mir nur gesagt, ich solle beim nächsten Mal „besser aufpassen“.
Das ist kein faires Verhalten. Wenn das System einen Einsatz wirklich nicht erlauben sollte, müsste es die Wette automatisch blockieren – nicht erst dann reagieren, wenn man gewinnt.
Für mich wirkt das wie ein Vorwand, um Gewinne nicht auszuzahlen.
Ich kann dieses Casino daher nicht empfehlen.
Transparenz, Fairness und Kundenservice sind hier absolut mangelhaft.

Stay far away from SlotLords. This has been the absolute worst online casino experience I’ve ever had.
I requested a withdrawal over a week ago, and I still haven’t received my winnings. There’s been no update, no explanation – just silence. I’ve emailed their support team multiple times and got no response whatsoever.
To make it worse, I asked them to close my account, and of course, they ignored that too. They clearly don’t care about responsible gambling or basic customer service.
SlotLords is happy to take your money, but good luck getting it back if you win. Completely unprofessional, shady, and not to be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.
