They never let you withdraw always have an excuse why you cant get your money. Probably the worst site yet

I've deposited quite a few hundred dollars into this casino. Shame on me... I used a bonus chip that was sent from the casino and won a few hundred but I could only redeem $100. Totally fair. I get that. I did the redemption process and overall didn't seem like a bad experience. I submitted the withdrawl request and on May 9th received two emails that said my withdrawal was approved and my money would be on the way shortly! YAYYYYY! Awesome.

Fast forward- some time around 5/25/25, I was informed that it takes 7-10 business days once approved for the finance department to pay the funds. I was informed the funds were paid on 5/23 and that it could take another 7-10 business days for my bank to receive the funds and disburse the money.

Here it is 6/27/25 and I have not seen that $100. Each time I reach out to the casino Support Tech, I am sent the EXACT same script. That the money is paid and they I need to check back and be patient the money will come. It has been almost 2 months since I received the email that my funds were approved and would be received soon.

Another casino in the sister group of casinos that are fraudulent. Slot Madness, Raging Bull, Lucky Legend, Ruby Slots, Ace Slots, Etc.. They are all essentially the same casion with different names. I don't ever expect to see that $100. They won't verify any kind of license and their links on their website are debunk. The real time gaming link is dated and the complaint management system they claim to use doesn't seem legit. I couldn't find ANYTHING on it when trying to search. I wouldn't be surprised if the claim went right back in to the casino.

Stay away from this casino as well as its affiliated sister casinos. They are scammers and frauds. You will not get your money.

Won a legitimate $90, manager approved the withdrawal, waited a week, inquired as to status, withdrawal was denied. Hey, if the managers can't figure out their system, how can they expect the players to figure it out. Stay away!

My mom hit a major hit of 21k and never only rec 9k of it sporadically. After many emails , customer service calls with the same answer of , “ it’s coming there’s just a minor delay” , it’s never come . It’s been 2 years. Don’t waste your money on this crap casino . I won a bunch of money off a free $45.00 chip. I played thru the $1250.00 requirement. I got off the game for a second and when I went to log back in a $255 withdrawal had been initiated. I didn't do it. After reading reviews online, this is a common thing with this site. Hopefully they will fix it. I never even put my bank info to do a withdrawal.

I received a bonus and played all the way through the requirement, play through etc. I went to withdrawal and I followed everything, deposited with my Litcoin wallet which was verified, was verified through their 3 party co. And when I went to withdrawal they closed my account for no reason, I did nothing wrong, I am legal of age adult. They basically stole my deposit and probably my personal data. Was in practice mode once I ran out of funds I go to the home page to find my real balance of 104 was now down to .05 also I tryed to get verified and all my documents were correct but still wasn’t able to get verified also customer support was no help and logged off on me so yea total scam stay away this is fraud and theft they belong in jail

The time it takes for payouts is ridiculous.

Went to cash out 50 bucks. Was told I had to deposit 10 dollars. I did and waited. 3 days later nothing. I ask the customer service. They said they denied it because of the bonus. Took the 50 bucks away. Didn't even give it back to play with. Don't give these guy money. Pretty sure they tried to charge my card without permission for 99.94 and had my card locked on me. My bank lock it saying that slotmadness is a known for fraudulent transactions.

New sign up had free chip. I met requirements and cashed out the allowable 100 dollars. First I was asked to deposit 10 dollars in lite coin to verify litecoin address so I did. I then could not withdraw through litecoin (ot any other means on site) only bitcoin. I questioned what the point on verifying my litecoin wallet was if I couldn’t withdraw that way with no answer. It’s been 11 days I have to wait 20
Business days apparently and was now told in new chat that i should have used coindraw to withdraw sincr its quicker but i couldnt the only available option was bitcoin.
