il gioco é peggiorato se non acquisti non giochi, prendono molto e danno nulla assistenza che risponde i premi sono casuali, arroganti, in 5 anni sé prima i gruppi di scambio erano con 60 80 post al giorno ora i due ufficiali massimo nove richieste scambi carte e aiuti da un altro player, diventa noioso manca una carta e la stessa non esce a nessuno per settimane porto a sconforto, ho visto un player aprile 2o24 ha postato un video dove aveva carte 32o da 5 stelle ha caricato la ruota di tutte le carte che avrà speso sui 5000 dollari ha bruciato tutte le carte senza finire album per poi congedarsi dal gruppo e dal gioco mi sono chiesto come un gioco possa portare ad un gesto simile come un cliente gli venga negato una chiusura di album carte rarisdime che ha ottenuto 380 volte la stessa moltiplicate per altre carte un gioco da prendere con leggerezza, e non farsi portare da queste aziende a potenziali ludopatie! Di cui nessuno nemmeno facebook ch lo ospita o un ente di controllo ha accesso

I advise everyone not to buy from this game. They are scammers and then deliberately make you lose money so you can buy again. I have never seen such a scam in my life. They earn millions of dollars from the pockets of the poor person.

I used to love this game. My issue is with customer support and live chat. Something messed up on their side where my album didn't restart like it was supposed to. Now 5 days later, the issue is still NOT resolved. Nothing has been done to fix it or compensate for it. Extremely unhappy and irritated

Biggest fraud ever!. I've been a player since 2012 with over more than 20high-level accounts, invested a significant amount of time and money in event and such. However, this guy Keith Hardwood decided to ban all my accounts, one after another..reason? duo suspicious activity. I've repeatedly asked for proof of concept and of this alleged activity, but they keep saying same thing over and over again that its duo suspicious activity. So to test this out i bought a brand new phone and only installed the slotomania game as only app/software created a new account email, facebook etc.. and guess what? account banned after few months, same reason again !!! haha. whats going on? Perhaps its because of my middle east name, and that this guy is just a big rasist and just disliked people with names like mine. This a real fraud what Playtika is doing, spending a lot of time and money in their games and they just block you with no proof of concept. Its pointless to seek help from their support ( i have multiple chats and emails without any progress), they just keep repeat whats in the email. So if its true why not show or say what the cause was that banned the accounts. I am done with games from this company they dont respect you and dont give aabout you or your time and money spended in the game,,sorry they do care about the money so they can steal it.

I did very much enjoy this game. All of a sudden yesterday. Power ups that used to cost 5.99 are 7.99 with one more pick. $2 more for one more pick. New bonus dice roll after 6 wins was $6.99 now it’s $9.99.

This app stole $60 from me. I don't use it and my card was charged by the app.

De prijzen om te kopen zijn belachelijk gezien wat je er voor krijgt. Je betaalt echt geld maar krijgt niets terug.
Ook niet aan coins om te spelen.

Dashbalk krijg je ook niet meer vol.

En free spins lijken ook niet meer in een spel te zitten, alsmede een big of mega win.

As players we spend money to get further in the game unfortunately after 7 days of playing you don't get your personal reward. If you play you will be ripped off.

For every negative review on here complaining about the games money grabs, the constant pop ups and winnings are far from between there is another Person buying and losing then only to come on here and write a negative review. The whinging cycle!!!
As long as this game is available inticing vulnerable and naive people to spend then all the negative reviews don’t and won’t hurt them what so ever. It’s only when people feel hard done by they then feel to search reviews and also express/vent their frustration with the game on deaf ears!
Stop complaining. Delete the game and move on with life instead of expecting to win all the time…how boring!

Che dire, come tanti anche io ho fatto parte di questo portale e come tanti anche io non mi sono divertito. Mi hanno fatto arrivare al livello 2218 e dopo il nulla, anzi, meglio dire che fino al livello 2100 ho vinto fino a 800.000.000 poi sono andato sempre a scendere per ben 118 livelli senza piu vincere fino ad arrivare a 0 crediti. Tra l'altro mi sono accorto anche di utenti che hanno vinto 2 mega jackpot consecutivi ( un minor e un mejor) e la ùredazione mi disse che è stata solo fortuna.. se crediamoci.. mica siamo fessi

Used to be the only slot game worth playing but after 12yrs is now one of the worst slot games. Nothing good to say about this company. Customer service have no idea how the product works. replies are vague and contradictory or simply make no sense at all. The absolute worst slot game experience out of them all.
