While we understand your postion. We would like to bring to your attention that bonuses are added to your account based on availability and is never guaranteed. Additionally bonuses are offered to players who require assistance with extending their game play. In your case, you do not require that added assistance. Customer service would have attempted on several occasions to assist you with a bonus, however, this is simply not available at the time of contact.

We will ensure not to mention Refer-A-Friend going forward as you were excluded from receiving benefits from this program due to a breach of our bonus terms of service. Also, this information would have been communicated to you at the time the decision was made.
