Update: so it’s been 11 days now and still not withdrawal processed! Got told by live chat last night that it was meant to have been processed and for some reason didn’t get done and to contact again at 8am uk time the next morning. Well 8am this morning come so I contacted them to be told we’ve sent a message to the relevant department etc etc etc!! Same thing I’ve been told multiple times already yet still nothing done! Massive scam!!

Having seen your response the account has already been fully verified and a member of your team has spoken to me last week and told me the payment had already been sent for payment but never got processed!! Therefor this isn’t about carrying out check! It just needs to be actioned! I will be contacting the gaming commision and also updating all the gaming social media sites in a part off regarding this as it’s not acceptable!!

So after being told this morning that the withdrawal would be defo processed today low and behold it didn’t get processed!! Spoke to live chat and was told to contact yet again tomorrow!! My account already fully verified yet 2 weeks since making withdrawal and still no money paid out!!

Further update:
So yet again keep getting told bulls**t! Apparently the withdrawal was promised to be processed yesterday and never happened. Today it’s been sent to the higher department who apparently will process it ASAP!! Same excuses over and over! I will be taking legal action against this company as it’s theft!!

Wouldn't give them any stars, if it was an option. Worst casino ever. I won a good amount of money, but could not verify, either did they answer my emails. Took almost a month, and I spend and lost all of my winnings. It was so stressful and I couldn't handle it anymore. Stay away from this casino if you are smarter than me. I lost a lot of money here

After a very rocky bad start I have changed my mind! Really nice site and super fast withdrawals.

I requested a withdrawal yesterday and within an hour I got an email asking for verification documents so I sent docs last night and within an hour I was verified and today I've received payout ! can't get any better than that, thank you sloty casino x I'll be back soon

Made 2 withdrawals 1st June (nearly 2 months ago!) sent off all my verifcation documents when requested.
Decided to self exclude so of course my account was now locked.
Have not seen a penny of either withdrawals, continously attempted to contact them with only the odd email claiming my case is with the relevant department now.
If anyone can check my user is Rfazza95, please can i get some sort of resolution and my funds released. It should never of taken this long to begin with.

Leider kann ich auch nichts gutes über dieses Casino berichten warte jezz schon mehr als 1 Monat auf eine Überweisung dess Gewinns bis Dato wird er immernoch Bearbeitet. Hab auch dess öfteren den Support angeschrieben aber außer einen Standardsatz dass die Finanzabteilung nicht hinterher her hommen würde kam bei dem Kontakt nicht zustande. So I have a pending withdrawal since Friday, it is now day 5 an nothing. I have emailed I have chatted to a robot an tryed to call but they don't do calls any more. They have had got my vervication an that went well. What gets me is that ewallet is ment immediate payment, 5 days an still nothing. Very disappointed in this as I love sloty an alway have a flutter when I have spare money.
They really need to sort their communication.

The website has disappeared with my 734 winnings which I have been waiting since the 16th of June. They are joke they are quick to take deposit but delay in paying out despite saying fast payouts of 24-48 hours. Scam stay away. It’s the second scam they have done on my withdrawal

Says 24-48 hour processing time however when I questioned this they say that's the period for the system to accept the request. The actual processing time is 21 working days. Requested mine on 29th June so will see how long it takes them.
Edit: Received withdrawal today which is 8 days later. Don't think they're scamming people but just very slow withdrawals. When I first withdrew was in my account same day in less than 3 hours so maybe this is a technique they use in hope you deposit again with them

Fobbed off when speaking to someone on live chat
Then today his account was blocked saying He had self excluded? Which is not the case , as why would He do that if He was waiting for his withdrawal to pay out
I think this site just a scam but We will be taking it further

Absolute joke. Deposited and won the jackpot of 22000. Ask for id and to upload documents and then oh wow what a suprise they block my account. What a bunch of time wasters. Do not know how they can get away with it.

21 days and still waiting for my withdrawal ☹️

So I recently joined sloty. First I won 300 and they sent it to my account no problems atall. I played again once I received my winnings a few days later and got lucky and won 2000 and the moment I hit withdraw they sent me a email stating to verify my self. So I'm trying to contact them but I can only speak to a bot which is pointless. I need to renew my photo id before I can send it to them but I need to know what else I can send rather then a utility bill? Feel like they pro long it so you lose your winnings as it says in there policy if you don't verify within 180 days they have the power to remove your winnings. So if it takes too long for my license to be renewed then I lose my winnings? Surely that's not right. I can't even speak to a real person at sloty to find out what else I can do. Its like if you win they will make it hard as possible for you to get your winnings but happily let you deposit. I know its not that much money but I would like to receive what I won fair and square, that's the whole reason we play isnt it?

Day 35 waiting for a whithdrawel shocking...

I am so dissatisfied with this site. Requested a withdrawal 14 days ago and still waiting. Received an email 5 days ago saying I am top priority, thought it would be credited to my PayPal account, not so, am still waiting. Fingers crossed it will be transferred soon. Still waiting now 19 days for my withdrawal

My documents have been pending review over a week now I have had no emails to tell me what’s happening I also have a pending withdrawal 1100 I have been a depositing customer can’t see whey I haven’t got my winnings yet I have sent all my documents through my account secission now they have selfexculed me say it will not effect me receiving my pending withdrawal so disappointing as am still waiting to hear

Wish I'd read these reviews before joining Sloty and I wouldn't have joined. Made a few deposits and won £225 - there is a fee to pay on that, which fair enough but I've never had to pay a withdrawal fee before. The withdrawal was made a week ago but I haven't received it yet - never, ever had to wait so long. Only had one email from them to say the withdrawal was under review. Tried to upload iD documents in case that was the hold up but they weren't needed as I was verified. Uploaded them by email to cover all bases though! I'm really despairing that I'll never get the money now. UPDATE: After an apologetic email from Sloty I received £219.51 to my Paypal account today. Thank you. FURTHER UPDATE: After risking another deposit I cashed out when my winnings were £50 odd pounds. My money was in my Paypal account the following day. Thank you.

So overall not as bad as other people have made out.
