I contacted them via both email and WhatsApp. Sent detailed photos as requested showing all the damage. 2 x scuffs on front bumper and plastic wheel arch scuff.
Recived quote via WhatsApp and seemed acceptable so I accepted the quote.
Since accepting the quote and several weeks later I have been told the original quote was wrong and I needed to pay more. Nobody has been out to view the job in person so how can the same photos be viewed differently a few weeks later when the job was accepted and a date arranged?
Looks to me like a scam to get more money out of a customer.
I would avoid!

Photographs where Seth of access to my property on 2FEB26. ZEKI made no comment about access, instead made appointments. Several in fact as they had to be moved for one reason or another. Then today 7/3/26 I get a message announcing the driveway isn’t suitable. These aren’t my first wheel and body repairs at this location.. No issues raised then.
Am I wrong, logic dictates that you check access before arranging appointments. 5 weeks wasted.

I had the rear wing of a Mini sprayed by Sezer as it had a 30cm very deep scratch and the paint was also flaking. It only took him a few hours and the job he did was first class. I rang about 8 different companies and Start Autos were the best price. I would definitely recommend them.

Smart Auto Repairs are an excellent company who responded quickly to a request for a quote when I scraped the side of my car. After sending photos, they sent a quote which I felt was very good. The repair was carried out on my drive as it is difficult for me to leave the house for long as I am a full time carer. Dele completed the repair at the time given and rang when he was on his way. My car looks like new. Thank you
