Let down this time!

The Bombay onions I bought, almost all of them were half rotten. And the Grand Sweets Thokku expiry date was just 15 days from my purchase, and I paid full price for it, that is really not a great experience!

Delivered on time

Delivered on time, fresh fruits and vegetables especially green leafy .
Convenient and good value. Would recommend them to shop online for Asian groceries.

Timely communications and prompt delivery

The order was delivered on time and communication was also great. One of the items was not delivered and there was no mention either on the delivery note nor in person, hence the loss of 1 star. Otherwise a positive experience shopping with SB as always. Look forward to some festive shopping and deals on SB in the months ahead.

Unfortunately we didn't have that item in stock and we have already processed a refund for this via Stripe before your order was dispatched. Your card will be credited within 5 working days. You should have also received an email from Stripe for this refund and the updated invoice with the refunded item would be attached to your dispatch notification email. Fresh Fresh Fresh

Always Fresh!! Nicely packed items. Really SMART bazaar!! You will never disappointed by buying items from here..

A few suggestions, if possible to consider for the Website portal.

While ordering, the Address format - Post code is not accepted with space. I need to give without spaces. I believe it should accept both formats.

It is not required to ask for the Address every time for delivery, instead, there should be an option to save the address to avoid typing them for every order.

It would be good to have the option to hide the out-of-stock items when we navigate page by page for categories.. it would be more productive to add items quickly in the carts.
