Good quality and cheaper then your local store.

I am now a regular customer of VB Wholefoods Ltd. Their products are of high quality. The ordering process is very easy and delivery is very quick. You get free delivery on order of £40 or over.
In my recent order, I added an item which I later realised I did not need. I emailed them with my order number and requested to take that item off my order. The next day I had their reply informing me that my order was amended and a refund for the item was issued. I was pleasantly surprised by this efficiency and speed.
The best thing about this company is their regular ‘Buy one, get one free’ offers. I wait for such an offer and then place my order. The recent offer is on Chelian Walnuts which has given me the free 1 kg pack of these lovely walnuts. The price is compatible to other sellers and the free pack is an added bonus. In my previous order, I got 1kg free pack of cashew nuts.

I ordered through this merchant for the first time and was really pleased with the quality of goods received and was timely as well...it would be fantastic if they also sell VB&sons own brand goods as that I why I tried them for the first time

I placed a first-time order because the website clearly indicated express/next-day delivery. There was no prominent notice during checkout about festive delays. When my order didn't arrive as promised, I reached out via WhatsApp for clarification.
Instead of a polite explanation, the representative was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I was told, "If the whole country is closed... I think we are not an exceptional case" and asked, "What were you expecting?"
I wasn't asking for an exception; I was asking for the transparency that was missing from their website. It is unacceptable to advertise next-day delivery and then berate a customer for expecting it. If you want polite support and accurate delivery estimates, look elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience ordering nuts and dry coconut in bulk. Unfortunately, the coconut had an unpleasant odor and seemed stale, while the nuts were disappointingly soft. It all appeared quite outdated. Upon raising my concerns, I was met with unsatisfactory excuses, as I was unjustly accused of leaving the items in direct sunlight, which is quite unlikely during London's typically sunless winters.

Exactly what I ordered and speedy delivery

Worst experience I ordered nuts and dry coconut in large quantities and the coconut turn out to be so smelly and old and the nuts were so soggy. Everything feels so old and when I complain it they started giving lame excuses and blamed me that I put it on direct sunlight in London where we don’t see sunlight very often in winter.

Everything ordered arrived in good time. I ordered Chia seeds, Pumpkinseeds, Flax seeds of two types, Jumbo Cashew nuts, Turmeric powder and Toor Dal. All products ordered are very good quality. All items were good value for money except the Cashew nuts. The Cashew nuts that arrived were not Jumbo size, so very disappointing.

Great customer service, fast delivery and quality products

Good cheap products but poor customer service when something goes wrong who refuse to refund without a battle. Better to pay a bit more and go elsewhere.
