Nice and good

Great service! I managed to get the out-of-production frame via SmartBuyGlasses! Really appreciate it!

So i wrote a negative review of this company ( me delivery was late) i finally received my order a few days after posting the review and to my annoyance my prescription was wrong. I do love a moan and was prepared to write another scathing review. But to my embarrassment, I had put the wrong prescription details down. I put a + instead of a - on my prescription details. At this point, I thought I was screwed. I would have to pay for a new pair of lenses and to be fair was prepared to, as it was my fault. But to my utter surprise when I reached out to the company, they informed me of their 28 day guaranteed return policy. Asked me to send a hard copy of my prescription and said they were more than happily sorted it out. Just 15 days later, I am writing this wearing my new shiny glasses.

I think a good indication of the quality of a company is how they rectify faults. Even more so when the fault isn’t theirs and in this respect I have definitely got a five star service from them. I will be using them again and I will recommend to anyone who buys glasses online to use them. Okay, they’re obviously a busy company and some stuff arrives a bit late. But the very fact of how they rectified my mistake at their cost and not mine goes to show their commitment to customer service thanks guys. I will be using you again.

Easy process. BIG catalog including rare, hard to find models. Competitive prices. Shipping took longer than expected but they managed to track one down for me in the New World. Good thing we were kept informed with regular updates.

Well, the frame I received is as per advertised and I m able to install my prescription glass on it without any issue.

Wasn’t sure on purchases of sunglasses online and contacted the customer service. Was assured that if the fit was poor, a return can be easily done. I went ahead and made my purchase. I am happy with the product.

Good quality. Only issue is the long wait and the aftercare -fitting where u need to adjust your glasses yourself or find a store which will do for you - should ideally partner with a reputable store where u can go to for fitting/aftercare.

Size abit small. Lens not totally seat on the frame.

Service is stead-fast. Got my first frame purchase replaced without any problems and in good condition, within 1-2 weeks or so.

Would recommend the frames here as it's cheaper than the local market rates.
