Happy with the Smart Cover product.
Very happy with the Smart Cover product. Very comfortable and good fit. This is my third time dealing with the Company. Would not be happy with the shipping times. Did get good customer service from Amber in response to my query.

Missing masks
I ordered masks before Christmas but they did not arrive. In January I contacted Smart Cover and they responded within 2 days. Replacements arrived quickly by post and I am pleased with their fit and comfort.

Poor customer service - no response
Ordered five masks and got complimentary "Gummis" - they arrived but no masks - have tried to contact four times without any response and no call centre £65 out of pocket; no masks and now have Covid!
Update -
I have now received the masks which are excellent It’s a shame that their customer service is so poor and they do not advise customers when there are issues

Delivery fast, mask too loose, refund recieved
Delivery was very fast, this helps a few stars. The mask unfortunately is too loose above the nose, even with the metal inside to fold around the nose. It often slips below due to the tight fit under the chin. For me, this is not usable / unsafe.
EDIT 2022-01-07: Smart ober reached out to me to get more knowledge about the failure and also to refund part of my costs, which is very generous and really appreciated! This is customer service and leads to a very nice experience, thank you very much!

On time again
I have used Smart Cover several times to supply FFP2
face masks. Each time the quantity I ordered was delivered without excessive packaging on the expected date. You can't ask for better than that.

Top quality products and outstanding service!
Well designed and carefully manufactured the washable FFP2 masks provide reassuring effectiveness for the user and those around them. This was a repeat order that took longer to arrive than was expected. The customer care team provided regular updates even checking tracking once product was shipped. Excellent service! Peace of mind
The shipment was delayed – took 3 weeks. That's the only downside. Once here, the feel of the masks are great, light, easy to adjust to fit perfectly, extremely breathable. Gives you a real sense of peace of mind (body & soul) in these times. And after a good wash & rinse, the same is still true. Recommend them highly.

We bought Smart Covers rated masks and two other water-resistant ones. They were lost in transit and when I contacted the Smart Cover company they were really helpful in sending out a new order. The staff were always pleasant and clearly communicative.
When the covers arrived we were so impressed with the quality and the fit to our faces. Both my partner and I are overweight and we found these still fit us without any gaps or moving from our nose or chin.

Die besten Masken, die ich kenne!
Nachdem ich zunächst 5 Masken "probeweise" gekauft hatte, war ich so begeistert, dass ich inzwischen noch weitere 15 gekauft habe. Sie sind sehr angenehm zu tragen und haben eine außergewöhnlich gute Passform. Ich habe auch schon einige Masken verschenkt und konnte die Beschenkten auf diese Weise derartig überzeugen, dass sie sich selbst noch welche dazugekauft haben.
Mir - als überzeugter "Müllvermeiderin" ;-) - kommt es natürlich auch sehr entgegen, dass ich nicht ständig Maskenmüll entsorgen muss.

Gute Masken
Seit einem halben Jahr tragen wir die SmartCover Masken und sind sehr zufrieden: angenehmes Tragegefühl, leichte Atmung und guter Sitz.
Auch, dass man die Masken waschen kann, ist ein großer Vorteil! Jetzt verschenken wir auch Masken an unsere Kinder zu Weihnachten.

I love my masks and your customer…
I love my masks and your customer services and delivery is always prompt. An issue is I’m a spectacle wearer but if I get the mask up high enough and close the metal bridge and then put the bridge of my spectacles in the right place below the mask I don’t get steam up. Just wiggle things around like I did and you’ll make it work or make it better. I’ve discovered that solves my issue of steaming up. Hope that helps your customers.
