Comfortable masks
The masks are easily adjustable and comfortable to wear. They are lightweight and the material feels comfortable against the skin. There was some delay in delivery but I was very impressed by how the company handled my enquiry. Amber was extremely helpful and friendly.

SmartCover masks are brilliant
I placed an order with SmartCover which was duly sent to me, however, Hermes lost my parcel with everything included in it. I contacted both Hermes and SmartCover and told them I had not received the parcel. Hermes took a week to get back to me to tell me that the parcel had not been delivered as they were unable to find it.
SmartCover then sent me a replacement but had run out of masks so I only received one. They advised me that I would be sent the remaining four as soon as they were back in stock and true to their word these were received last Thursday in time for Christmas.

I expect to be informed if the supply chain is not working properly and delays are expected. After my request email came the explanation. The Customer Service is very friendly but they should more act proactive :-).
Everybody can understand that within these days delivery problems can exist.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, my was delayed due to supply issues. But I received superb assistance from the customer service team and have now received my masks and am delighted with them. Very comfortable to wear. Thank you to Angelo and al, I have dealt with.

The ffp2 mask is comfortable and fits well offers better self protection as well as others. There was a short delay in receiving them but customer service was responsive

Sie sind angenehm zu tragen und verursachen keine Hautreizungen wie die "normalen". Sie sind waschbar, was ich persönlich genial finde. Eine tolle Idee.

This is the most comfortable mask I’ve used so far and with the most protection.
I ordered two items but only one arrived. After leaving a message about this I received a very prompt response. Very apologetic & promised to send me the item by return of post. The item arrived ahead of time which was great. I also had a follow up email to check all was well. I’m most impressed with the quick response & the professional service I received. Immer wieder gern. Absolute Kaufempfehlung
Ich habe schon öfter die Masken gekauft und benutze sie sehr gerne. Ich fühle mich sehr gut damit, fühle mich nicht beengt und kann trotz meiner Asthmaerkrankung gut mit/durch die Masken atmen.

Unvollständige Lieferung, (k)eine Reaktion vom Kundenservice
Am 30.11.21 habe ich vier 3-Lagen-Masken und drei FFP2-Masken bestellt, geliefert wurden am 5.12.21 nur die vier 3-Lagen-Masken. In der Hoffnung, dass die fehlenden drei FFP2 separat noch nachgeliefert werden, habe ich ein paar Tage gewartet bevor ich den Kundenservice am 8.12.21 anschrieb. Bis heute (eine Woche später) gab es keine Reaktion.
Update: Inzwischen gab es eine Antwort und man hat mir 25% Erstattung auf den verspäteten Teil der Lieferung versprochen sowie eine Lieferung der fehlenden FFP2-Masken innerhalb der nächsten Woche.
