Outstanding company and service. Scott and Kelly have been great, booking was easy and confirmed really quick. On the day Scott arrived promptly, Scott always informed me of what he was doing, looking for and next steps. Scott answered any questions I had and helped me more than my developers did on my walk around. Scott is very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Kelly sent the report over that evening. The report was great and really informative. I would highly recommend KB inspections to anyone buying a new build property. Definitely money we'll spent. Amazing snagging company!
Scott came to do the snagging for my new build 5 days after I had moved in. He was efficient and looked at every detail, he was here for 6 and a half hours! The report was emailed to me by the end of the day by Kelly whose customer service is 100%! I couldn’t fault any of the team at KB Inspections, they have been excellent from the point of enquiry to the report coming through, and they even let you know that you can go back to them if you have any questions at all, which is so helpful of them! I have recommended you to a few people on my site!

When I first enquired about having our new build inspected Kelly was so helpful, to us booking in to then us getting delayed & having to reschedule, nothing was a problem. 5 and half hours Adam was inspecting our property today, we were shocked with everything that he had picked up on, things we would have never picked up on. Great value for money. The same day we got a fully detailed snagging report which has been so helpful, plus drone images/videos. Adam was very informative and explained everything throughly. Recently got my new home inspected by Adam thoroughly and professionally. He not only pointed out the interior snag items but also raised sound and valid observations on the external communal parts which the developer agreed they were issues that should be looked into seriously. Behind the scene, Kelly put up excellent level of customer service and provided staunch support throughout even after business hours and over the weekends. We would highly recommend KB Inspections. The service was professional, quick responses, no fuss. The report we got made our snagging list for the builders SO easy. And because it had all been reported within the 7 day window, it’s been like a bible of repairs. We have relied on it heavily and the peace of mind it brought really is priceless when buying a new property.

The day you get your keys it is so easy to get carried away in the emotion of a new build and first home, but there is a reason these services are becoming increasingly popular! The day of my snagging Adam was prompt, professional and ready to get started on the job. After a solid 5 hours work Adam produced a very well put together and considerably detailed report. As someone not involved with trade, I would never have noticed myself. This has allowed me to chase the builders and get all these snags put right in an adequate time frame.

I can safely say throughout this house buying process the money I spent with KB inspections has been the most valuable of all and even if the snags they find are minor you can take solace in the fact you have a good solid home, because if it wasn’t.. Adam would definitely find it.

Adam even went to the extent of asking the site foreman to fix a problem in the roof, which was rectified on the spot. The snagger, Adam is very professional and detailed to inspect every area and provided me with a very detailed snagging report so that I can use this very detailed report to request the rectification by the site team. I would definitely recommend KB inspections if you're purchasing a new build. Kelly responded very quickly to my online enquiry, booking was very easy. I had to change the original booking as our completion date changed, this proved to be no issue.

On the day of inspection Adam was very informative, thorough, and happily answered my questions. He was also very patient with my kids! The report picked out issues we hadn't noticed, and ones we never would have known to look for. We had an issue with our boiler so Adam couldn't test the heating, he said he was happy to come out another day to do this once it's fixed.
We also received drone images and videos of the outside of the house which are awesome to have!

I have had contact with KB inspections since they completed our snagging report in December 2020, when we purchased a new build from DWH.
From first contact they were professional courteous and very supportive when we found ourselves with a house which had significant issues.
Over this considerable time, I have had to work tirelessly to get DWH to take responsibility and throughout KB inspections have provided support and guidance when I have asked for it.
I have sought advice regarding significant areas of work that we have had to have completed within our home. Kelly has pointed me in the right direction of the NHBC guidelines more than once, and I've then been able to challenge when the builder refused to put things right properly.
Having this report allowed me to challenge things that were wrong with the house, which otherwise we would not have known about. The developer has been forced to put the list right, knowing full well that it is a professional report and that they can not simply fob me off. They had everything recorded in the report in black and white and this has been invaluable in getting the snags resolved.
As we approach the last of the works being completed on our home, I have just re booked for Adam to return and to confirm that the works have been done properly.
I can not thank KB inspections enough for what they have done to help me through what has been a truly awful process with the house builder. Their report gave us the confidence to challenge and force them to correct shoddy workman ship and major issues.
All of our neighbours (x3) used KB inspections once they knew the issues that our property had, and they are now slowly getting their homes corrected too.
If you are buying a new build (I would advise against this!) but if you do, use KB inspections to help you with the process of snagging. Its worth every penny! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I'm very impressed with the level of service provided by KB Inspections & Sons Limited. From making the initial contact via Kelly through to booking the inspection, and carrying out the inspection itself was brilliant.

On the inspection day, Scott arrived promptly. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

In addition, the inspection reports were sent out same day. Brilliant service!!! They have been able to make us aware of snags in our new build property that we wouldn't have been able to identify ourselves. We've now submitted the reports to our developer for action.

I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a new build. It will be money well spent.
