From the offset Kelly and the team were really communicative and super helpful. Adam was great and explained everything he was doing.
There were some issues highlighted that we wouldn’t have spotted, so we’re super happy we got KB to do an inspection.

It would be great if the inspection date could be made a bit earlier as we’ve booked it at least 3weeks ahead. I found out someone booked in last minute but offered an earlier inspection date than us. It’s a bit disappointed though. Overall it’s still good.
