SmartPractice has by far the best customer service in the industry. We have been doing business with them for over 15 years. Our representative Brandon Bomar is as good as they come. He is always there when we need him and goes above and beyond in helping us save money. Their printing and graphics departments are so talented and have been customizing our Thanksgiving card for the past 5 years and have assisted us in numerous patient mass mailings. It is hard to describe the quality of customer service that they all deliver. They are intelligent, talented, personable, professional and trustworthy just for starts. I recommend them highly to all of my colleges when ever the discussion about supplies or printing needs comes up. SmartPractice is our favorite company to do business with!!

SmartPractice is the best company I have ever ordered supplies from. They are affordable and have excellent customer service. If something is on backorder and you need it, they do everything they can to drop ship so it's received on time. I get all my supplies within 3 days of ordering and we are in a very rural area. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible! I highly recommend SmartPractice for your dental needs!

I order a number of supplies for my dental office from SmartPractice and they always ship the correct product in a very timely manner. They don't have everything I need, which is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

We order our patient communication supplies. I love the variety of postcards. The customization process is so much easier than similar websites I have tried in the past. Order fulfillment is always super quick. I have had a chance to talk with their customer service and I always have my issues resolved the first time by knowledgeable customer service representatives. I highly recommend SmartPractice!

Smart Practice is awesome from customer service to products ordered. They made sure all my needs were meet and my orders needed were shipped by time needed i would so recommend them to other practices. They take time in answering all questions and are very helpful, they make your time valuable and do not rush through process i am very happy to have them and will keep ordering and strongly recommend to friends for supplies.

Smart Practice is the best dental supplier ever. Any time we have a question we call Fawn and she gets us an answer very quickly. She is the best sales rep ever. We get our orders overnight which is very important. The prices are also the best. Even other companies sale prices can't beat Smart Practice. Overall Smart Practice is the BEST. We would recommend them to everybody.
