Great customer service- very helpful and great pricing.

I have used Smart practice for years. Having been in practice 29 years they are by far the friendliest and most customer oriented of all dental suppliers. Orders are shipped expeditiously and arrive in 2 days. Staff great and they keep records of previous orders to assist when reordering. Always inform me of specials and truly have my best interest in mind. Completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Goes out of their way to keep us in good service and best pricing.

Very helpful as well very efficient and faster

I have been with this company for many years now. My representative is very knowledgeable about the products her company sells. She has called manufacturers for me, gotten samples swatches for chairs, etc. She goes above and beyond with her service. some of the companies I have worked with in the past did not make the effort to get any additional information about a product or to do anything more than just take my order. I am no longer purchasing products with those companies. I have always had a good experience with Smart Practice and will continue to do business with them.

I have always been happy working with Smart Practice. They have great prices and incredible customer service. I appreciate the fact that they do not have a sales rep coming in to our office and interrupting my work. If I need help with something, my rep, Michael Iverson is always there for me. He has been wonderful to work with. He has even suggested several products we can use to help boost production.

Although I now order everything online, I do miss talking to my good friend, which developed over the years of ordering via telephone, to Laurie Spracale, who was exceptional at her customer service!!!
