Ich glaube hier geht es nur um Betrug, man wird gedrängt und genötigt und belogen ohne Ende. Hände weg von dieser verlogenen Bande. Es ist nicht möglich sich abzumelden wenn man aufhören will. Dann wird behauptet man müsse Geld hinterlegen dann bekäme man diese innert 24 Stunden zurück, dann wird man genötigt dieses Geld wieder ein zu setzen. Dann wird man täglich bedrängt neue Einzahlungen zu tätigen. Du hast zwar quasi ein Handelskonto, das aber nicht auf deine Impulse reagiert. Du kannst dein eigenes Geld nicht zurück rufen. Und es ist niemand da um zu antworten. Ich habe x mal darum gebeten das Konto zu löschen. Keine Reaktion, lasst die Finger davon. Die Telefone sind aufdringlich ich sagte nein und blockierte dreimal die Nummer, sie liessen mich nicht in Ruhe und jetzt werde ich täglich bedrängt mehr Geld einzuzahlen. Man hat kein Abo und keinen Vertrag also sollte man auch bestimmen können, wenn man aufhört.

Es scheint sich um betrügerisches Geschäft zu handeln, ebenfalls bei den Schweizer Banken bekannt. Mit einer schleimigen Strategie wird man gelockt, Geld einzuzahlen, mit vielen Versprechungen. Der "Berater" ruft immer von einer verdeckten Nummer an, oder auf ausdrückliche Bemerkung diesbezüglich ruft er von einer Nummer an, die sich als nicht existierend erweist. Die Kreditkarte, die bei der Kontoeröffnung hinterlegt wurde, wird schnell im Verlauf durch unbekannte Homepages wie bspw. crypto.com o. ä. belastet etc.; also höchste Vorsicht oder noch besser Hände fern von dieser Plattform halten.

I ran into a hurdle uploading my proof of address during the Silver account setup. Reached out to their live support team and got connected to an agent who walked me through the re-submission process. The representative was polite and resolved the issue, though the total verification turn-around took almost two full business days. Service is helpful, but onboarding speed could be tightened up.

Jetzt darf ich Geld nachschiessen, weil mir vor einigen Tagen ein Short aufgedrängt wurde (ohne Erklärung warum und wieso gerade der) sofort zu machen. Die Begründung für das Nachschiessen von Geld ist ein Kontraktwechsel heute, der aber online nicht erkennbar ist (zB auf Trading View) für den 31.7. Mir wird mittlerweile auch mit Betreibung gedroht, wenn ich nicht "spure".
Also ich überlege, dass ich es auf eine Betreibung ankommen lasse und damit dann zur Polizei gehe.
Vielleicht ist hier in der Community auch der/die eine oder andere AnwaltIn dabei sich das Thema auch mal näher anzuschauen? Wäre toll! Das Stichwort Sammelklage habe ich hier schon gelesen.

Nachtrag: Ich wurde gerade eben bedrängt, ein separates Bankkonto zu eröffnen um dort das nachzuschiessende Geld einzuzahlen. Leider konnte mir nicht erklärt werden, warum! Daraufhin ist das Gespräch eskaliert, wurde laut und der Berater hat dann aufgelegt.
Ab heute wird nur noch schriftlich mit diesen Leute kommuniziert!
