We believe that Clients should be offered the best Surveying advice through clear and detailed reports and documents. The services should be provided in a timely manner and for a fee that fairly reflects the professional work involved and the experience that is needed for the task at hand. Clients should always be given a clearly written quotation setting-out what is included in the costs, and wherever possible the fees should be quoted on a fixed basis. Providing professional advice is more than just the detail in the written report, we believe that its about the way we conduct ourselves professionally when we meet/visit a property and the 'back-of-house' administration and general assistance that we give. This all applies throughout our services: from mediation services; expert reports; boundary advice; building defect reports; party wall surveyor advice and Awards. 2023 became our 20th year providing Surveying Services to the local community. We've always been a family based business (set-up in 2003), and offer a personal approach that remains professional, accessible and engaging. We are committed to this approach - here's to the next 20 years - during which time we can continue to serve our community the only way we know.

Friendly and Professional

A very friendly, Professional, and thorough Surveyor. Spent a lot of time at the property and looking at the detail.
I would not hesitate in recommending them in the future.

To select a professional service from internet listings of surveyors is somewhat daunting. However I was advised by solicitor to engage a surveyor for the next step to settle a dispute. The service received plus the professional standards were excellent and answered many aspects of the situation which were troubling.
Also back up office service was extremely helpful

Mark was very knowledgable

Mark was very knowledgable, thorough and helpful. In addition to his report he gave me his conclusions verbally which allowed me to ask questions and discuss options.

Very professional service provided by PBSC Chartered Surveyor

Very professional & knowledgeable service provided by PBSC Chartered Surveyors. They could not have been more helpful throughout the process and made it easy for us to understand what questions to ask the seller regarding the property. I would absolutely recommended PBSC Chartered Surveyors in the future.

Excellent survey and great service. Highly recommended

PBSC undertook a survey on a property we were looking to buy. Having a number of long term rental and holiday rentals we have used many Surveyors before or varying standards.

The PBSC report was very comprehensive, well written, easy to understand and on time and picked up some significant issues which were crucial to making decisions about purchasing the property. Best surveyors report I have commissioned and there have been a few!

Would have no hesitation in recommending.
