Great service awesome product best heated hose out there.Period.

Finally received my hose after waiting, for what seemed forever, for them to get back into production after their mishap. Am currently trying it out in 30 degree weather and so far seems to work as advertised. Looks to be of high quality and made in the USA!

This company has great customer service and they stand behind there products. I would highly recommend SmartTechProducts. I am a happy buyer!

Excellent customer service! Called a few times before placing my order ans was greeted by woman (sorry don't remember your name) who was very helpful and answered all my questions on each call. Oh yeah ..the hose :) Very good quality and works just as described. Thank you for being there.

I ordered these items: Heated Water Hose - FreezeFreeHose and Add-A-Stat Thermostatic Controlled Outlet. They both are working great! The Add-A-Stat turns on at 35* just as stated. And turns off at the right time too. Thank you for this product! I highly recommend these 2 products.

Had an issue with the heated water hose and was replaced at no charge. Its nice to deal with an American company who stands behind their product

Hose does not work. First night below freezing, and it froze up.

Impressed with the Smart Thaw, so far. Will need to wait until we receive a frost warning. Good customer service in answering some questions about installation. Shipping and delivery was outstanding - Ordered on a Friday and received on following Monday.

I called & Sharon was able to locate the size of heated hose that I needed for my travel trailer. I was able to drive right over & get what I needed. Competitively priced & my pleasure to do business with a locally owned company.

My experience with SmartTechProducts was great! I had and issue with a few of the freeze free hoses and called to figure out the warranty on them. I was able to reach someone right away and got replacements ordered. They paid for return shipping of the defaulted hoses and sent the replacements right away. They contacted me to make sure i had received the shipping label. They wont leave you hanging!

The temp activated switch works very well. An excellent company and products.

We love this heated hose. I compared it to all the others and it isn't even close when you compare them for quality looks and how made it is made. Haven't had any trouble with it so far and the hose was sent quickly and easy to install.
