Experience was good and proximity to ship was great for pickup and return. Would be helpful to provide a good local map or guidance on setting up vehicle navigation.

A great experience from start to finish. The speed and service were excellent. Clear instructions, no long waits, and the car in excellent condition. Returning it went very smoothly as well.

Easy rental, new car, small car for Curacao ok

Car was clean and brought right to the cruise terminal for us. We tried our best not to get sand in it from beach hopping all day. We were told that it would cost us money if we got the seats wet. Overall a good experience and nice cars.

Really nice people gave me the car. The car was really nice and made my vacation complete. There was a little miscommunication with the return but it was fixed really nicely!

De afgesproken plaats voor afleveren auto is duidelijk. Niet lang hoeven wachten. Blijkt dat je met een busje naar de plaats wordt gebracht voor in ontvangst nemen van de auto. Goed om dat even op te nemen in de uitleg.
Bij aankomst op de plaats voor in ontvangst nemen de auto, niet de juiste klaar stond.
Dit werd snel opgelost door ons mee te nemen met bagage naar het bedrijf waar wel de juiste auto keurig schoon klaar stond.
Ook het inleveren ging volgens instructies.
De app is een goed alternatief om met elkaar te communiceren.
Ook de bevestiging van het getekende huurcontract + foto’s kwam volgens afspraak de volgende dag per mail binnen.
Advies: zodra de auto is teruggebracht even via de app aan smart wheels laten
En de tip om in verband met Karnaval een uur eerder richting Hato te vertrekken.

Zowel ophalen als terugbrengen was heel makkelijk. Steeds duidelijke mailtjes en appje gekregen over het ophalen en het wegbrengen. Dit compleet met videobeelden. Kon niet mis gaan. Dank voor de service!

Duidelijke instructies bij ophalen en inleveren auto. Auto was in goede conditie en voldeed aan de verwachtingen.

De auto rijdt prima, Fijn dat deze AC heeft, helaas geen navigatiesysteem. Hoort wel bij 2026.

We were early but the car was brought there fast. Check in was very smooth and the car was in good shape and fuel efficient. I wish I could remember the name of the person that checked us in. Very helpful and courteous.

Just like promised, they came to bring the car. A came te get it sometime later. Bud called first that the ware a little late. So no problem!

Abbiamo noleggiato un' auto a sei posti tramite sito web, l' assistenza è stata perfetta in ogni fase e molto semplice sia la fase di ritiro che consegna. L' auto era in ottime condizioni e pulita. Apprezzabile il ritiro e consegna direttamente presso il terminal crociere.
