Super einfache Übergabe des bestellten Fahrzeugs am Kreuzfahrtterminal in Willemstad. Fahrzeug war technisch i.O. hat aber einige Beschädigungen aufgewiesen, die aber alle dokumentiert waren. Fahrzeug Rückgabe ohne Probleme, einfach vorher getankt und wieder abgestellt.

Duidelijke communicatie, goede afspraken

Fijne auto die ook schoon was. Verder heldere en duidelijke communicatie via whatsapp met filmpjes waar de auto gehaald en weggebracht kon worden. Ook snelle reactie via de whatsapp toen ik een vraag had over waar te tanken. Ook snel reactie via de mail over de afhandeling. Echt top en aanrader!

Just upfront the reservation, payment and insurance and on the day the ship is in port, getting the car under 5 minutes. Very friendly staff en excellent (modern) cars. Would certainly rent again.

On the day that we took the car. Staf reach out threw sms to see if everything was ok and if we had any questions. Very professional.

Huur van de auto ging soepel. Gelukkig zagen we voordat we vertrokken dat er een spijker in de band zat. Aangezien kapotte banden niet in de verzekering zit, hebben we om een andere auto gevraagd. Die kregen we.

Het was allemaal prima geregeld. Goed bereikbaar via Whatsapp.

The office at the cruise port was ideal. We did not have a reservation, but the team was able to get us a vehicle on the spot. They were all very friendly, and helpful with local knowledge and directions. The cars are all new and very clean. The entire process was super easy, even on Christmas day. Many thanks to the team that gave up their time to make our Curacao visit more memorable.

2 weken Curacao (16 dagen) geweest en die auto via By June en dus Smart Wheels gehaald. Echt top! We kregen de auto bij het vliegveld en leverde hem hier ook weer in. Contact was goed als wij vragen hadden! Dus volgend jaar zien jullie ons zeker terug :)

Excelente atención del personal que se encuentra en el hotel The Rif de Curazao, hablan muy bien español y te explican todo! El auto que nos dieron era nuevo, con muy pocos kilómetros y fue entregado muy limpio. En la devolución del auto, no te quieren engañar con nada!

The car rental station was located directly on the cruise terminal grounds and easy to find. After an initial wait due to a long line in front of the office, the car handover was quick and easy. Returning the car was also hassle-free at the rental station. There was also a mailbox for returning the keys after opening hours. The contract and confirmation of the return were sent by email. The car was almost new, clean, and in excellent condition. I was very satisfied.
