Hi,
Our vector files are standard professional formats and are designed to be fully scalable and editable. That said, working with vector files does require compatible software and a certain level of familiarity, so maybe this is why you struggled.
If there was a specific issue with the files, we would have been very happy to help before you felt the need to hire someone else. Please feel free to contact support@smashinglogo.com and tell us which format or software caused the problem.

Hi,
We had a look at your account and can actually see that the post-purchase editor has already been used several times, with multiple edits saved to your logo.
Our editor is available after purchase for an unlimited amount of time and allows a wide range of changes. Please contact support@smashinglogo.com and let us know exactly what you’re trying to change. We’ll be happy to clarify what’s possible.
Einfache Logoerstellung

Hi,
We’re curious about what exactly made the process feel complicated. We can see the original logo purchase in your account, followed by several additional purchases for related features and add-ons, so the logo itself was accessed successfully.
We also couldn’t find any support request connected to the email used for the purchases. If you still need help with a specific file, download, or feature, please reach out to support@smashinglogo.com and let us know what you’re trying to access.
We’d be happy to understand where the confusion happened and help clear it up.
Det var lätt att hitta en snygg logo.

Hi Diane,
We went back through the support conversation because we were surprised to read this. Our team replied to your messages, sent you the link to your account, and then explained where the actual logo files could be downloaded - including a screenshot showing the correct Download button after there was some confusion with the separate Invoice button.
If what you were actually trying to do was continue editing or finish a different version of the design, unfortunately that wasn’t clear from the messages we received. Our team can only work with the problem that’s described to us, and they genuinely were trying to help.
Sometimes the frustrating circle is just two people trying to solve two slightly different problems.
Checkout was confusing
Checkout was confusing. Ended up paying twice, otherwise my purchase wouldn't download. Also, my credit card company issued a warning that your site wasn't secure and noted it as fraudulent. What gives?

Smashing Logo からの回答
Hi Gaspar,
Our checkout does not require a second payment in order to download a purchase, so if two charges appeared, you probably thought the first transaction did not go through and made another payment? Of course we can refund you one of the purchases if you paid twice for the same logo. Just get in touch with support@smashinglogo.com with your order details.
Regarding the warning from your card provider: banks can occasionally flag online transactions automatically, but that does not mean the website itself is fraudulent. Our Merchant of Record Paddle is highly respected and credible as a payment provider as well.
