Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had this impression.
Our support team replied to your inquiry on September 7, and according to our records, the email was opened and the logo was also downloaded successfully.
It may simply be that there has been some misunderstanding along the way. If you’re still having any trouble using the product, please feel free to contact us again and we’ll be happy to help.
It could be so much more!
I do not feel that there is enough easily accessible access for support. The designs are limited, I was especially disappointed with the e-signature options. I would like a listing of the actual colours or a style guide that I can copy and paste. I would also like access to e-letter head templates for documents etc as an option. It would also be great to receive some suggestions on how we could improve our current logos when applying/considering a change. Your product could be so much more.

Effortless Logo Making
Really easy to use software to help create a logo in minutes. All ideas were great it was hard to really just choose one! Purchasing was super quick and simple too, all documents came through immediately.
The only issue I have is the font used in my logo is not available as a standard on the computer so I now have to purchase the font to be able to use it on my website and other marketing materials - would have been nice to know this before I purchased the logo or I may have chosen a different font.

Easy to use
Easy to use, great functionality, helpful tools and functions. My company is just starting up but the PR on several social media platforms are running smooth and gets a lot of positive reactions and feedback.

not worth it!!
purchased product and have e-mailed customer support with some questions and NOT heard anything back in over a week. Design is ok and overall not pleased with the experience. Just a bunch of AI crap and no real company or communication.

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that you feel you haven’t received a response.
Our support team replied to your email on the same day last week, and Dominik also followed up again today. Since the messages were sent successfully from our side, it may be worth checking your spam or junk folder in case they were filtered there.
Unfortunately, email filtering is outside of our control, but we’re absolutely available and have been trying to reach you.
This purchase is a useless ripoff
