Save your money it Unfortunately blender it broke within the few months. Dont get scammed by smeg.

Bought a SMEG toaster and the middle heat coils didn't work. Contacted them and they said because I didn't purchase it from an authorized dealer they would fix the issue. WHAT? They manufactured the product!! I'll never buy another product from them. Don't bother as they won't honor what they manufacture.

I am extremely satisfied with SMEG!
Never have I witness such fantastic quality and I bought a toaster and a kettle, the big ones and I am completely blown away! They make sounds and lights and it feels like a Lamborghini/Ferrari car! I bought them for 500$ and I understand why the price. Super satisfied!

Aussen hui, Technik pfui! An dem Kaffeevollautomaten läßt sich überhaupt nichts richtig einstellen. Die Standby Zeit ist viel zu kurz und beim Entkalken hängt die Maschine sich immer wieder auf, so daß man sie nur mit Mühe wieder ans Laufen bekommt. Wenn sie dann mal funktioniert produziert sie auch keinen aromatisch leckeren Kaffee. Einmal Smeg, nie mehr wieder. Ab jetzt wieder Jura, da lohnt sich jeder Cent.

Purchased a SMEG hand mixer in 2022. Loved the retro look and function until 2 months ago when I noticed one of the welds on one beater separated from the shaft. Needless to say, one year warranty doesn’t apply and SMEG would not replace one beater. Very overpriced! I will be sourcing another product and would not recommend SMEG for any appliance, big or small!

Vor erst 1/4 Jahr haben wir bei Klein Expert die wunderschön aussehende Kaffeemaschine von Smeg gekauft. Optisch super schön. Aber das war es dann auch. Der Kaffee ist nicht ansatzweise heiß. Wir sind darauf hin zum Klein Expert Neuwied gefahren ,um die Maschine evtl um zu tauschen, wollten ja kein Geld zurück, Man sagte uns tatsächlich ..das geht nicht, das ist ein Hygiene Artikel !!! Dazu fällt einem einfach nichts ein, außer, dass das totaler Schwachsinn ist. Die Reparatur hat dann auch nichts gebracht, sind der Meinung dass gar nichts gemacht wurde, der Kaffee bleibt lauwarm. Fazit, Maschine viel zu teuer, Kundendienst gleich null und unfreundlich. Wir werden jetzt woanders eine neue Kaffeemaschine kaufen, die vielleicht nicht so gut aussieht, aber der Kaffee schmeckt.

Kokte med SMEG, vannkoker WKF01, på gass som den bl.a. er beregnet for. Lakken på kjelen begynte å brenne. SMEG tar intet ansvar, men skylder på feil bruk (flammer har kommet på utsiden av kjelen og derav misfarging på kjelens utside). MISFARGING??? Lakken brant og krøllet seg med gråsvart røyk. Har kokt på gass i 50 år med kjeler og panner av ymse slag, farger og mønstre, men aldri opplevd maken. Vannkokeren MÅ IKKE brukes på gass!!!! Undres på hvordan lakk (husmaling?) de benytter. Dette var ingen SMEG kvalitet. Dyrt søppel!

Smeg Kettle has a large bubble on the side which is getting larger.

Would not expect this from such a high end appliance at its price point. Very disappointing.

All good reviews I assume are fake because it’s been one more iv been waiting for a refund , I had to open a chargeback , smeg said they have received my dispute they will refund me but still nothing after many weeks

I had the handle on my coffee maker break (the handle was defective) and I was told how to purchase a new one.
Maybe if the hot coffee burnt my hand I would have gotten somewhere!???

Das Wasser einfüllen erweist sich als ungünstig, da man die Kanne nicht genug anheben kann, da der Deckel stöhrt. Ständiges grelles blinken wenn die Heizplatte an ist, dazu kommt neuerdings in Abständen ein knackendes Geräusch. Heizplatte hat schon nach der ersten Nutzung sichtbaren Rand. Unsere Kaffeemaschine ist noch kein viertel Jahr alt. Hatten Besseres erwartet.

A dicembre ho acquistato un lavello da cucina smeg in materiale composito ed anche il prodotto consigliato dalla casa madre. Nonostante ciò il lavello è rimasto macchiato.

I bought a Smeg coffee machine last year, and it's been an absolute disaster from day one. This thing has broken down so reliably that we've now had to send it back three times for repairs.

But the real insult is Smeg's customer service, which is genuinely woeful, bordering on insulting. Their emails drip with rudeness and zero accountability. The last breakdown was the cherry on top, they scheduled a pickup with a laughable 8am–6pm "time slot." Yes, a full ten-hour window. I actually took a full day off work to accommodate their incompetence, and what a surprise, no one showed up. This farce happened twice. On the third attempt, they forced us to pay for shipping ourselves, then ghosted us, no confirmation the machine even arrived at their end.

Finally, out of nowhere, we get a curt email saying it's "fixed" and on its way back. No explanation of what was wrong, no answers to any of our repeated questions, just radio silence on the details we deserved.

This has been far and away the worst experience I've ever had with any brand. And glancing at Trustpilot and other review sites, it's painfully clear we're not alone, endless stories of unreliable products paired with dismissive, incompetent support seem to be Smeg's standard operating procedure.

Save yourself the hassle and the money. Steer well clear of Smeg in general. Once was more than enough, never again.

Not only their product sucks, also their customer service.

Don’t waste your money. This is coming from current Smeg owner.

They can’t even provide wiring translation in English and wouldn’t support you if you are out of warranty.

Stick to big brand names. I regret buying it

Il piano cottura che ho acquistato è stato una truffa. Lo hanno dovuto sostituire dopo un paio di mesi e il problema si è ripresentato. Aloni dappertutto e con il prodotto dell'acciaio Smeg cercando di togliere gli aloni si è graffiato tutto nonostante il panno in microfibra per acciao e tanta attenzione. Sono sei mesi che ho richiesto assistenza e non mi hanno fatto sapere nulla.
Non li consiglio a nessuno

Diese Kaffeemaschine erfüllt keine meiner Erwartungen. Mich ärgert sehr, dass ich sie gekauft habe.

Bought a Smeg kettle two years ago, it worked well until recently the press button lid failed. The cost of this high end kettle was £120 so for it to fail so soon suprised me. It was just out of warranty. The company offered me another kettle for £79

Grande e costoso frigorifero doppia porta con due cassetti FQ55FXE. Non ho parole per censurare la scadente qualità del display esterno necessario per la gestione delle temperature interne. Sostituito in garanzia una prima volta, poi una seconda volta in estensione della garanzia stessa finito anch'esso malamente (in sostanza mai funzionato). Tre display tutti finiti male e a SMEG ed al servizio clienti tanto non è bastato per intervenire e provvedere a sanare questa defaillance. Sono si passati degli anni, oggi il servizio assistenza come il servizio clienti si stringono nelle spalle dicendo che quel "glorioso"display non è più prodotto ed ora mi tocca buttar via un frigo pagato all'acquisto ben 1400€. Altra casa e/o cosa era SMEG, ora è turca ? DIFFIDATE

I Purchased Smeg 900mm PYROLITC electric oven with 5 burner induction stovetop for $9,550 in January 2019. SMEG Model # AIPYID-6 Serial # 112070394.
Contacted Metropolitan Appliance Service (Perth West Australia) on Wednesday 4th February 2026 on-line advising 3 hotplates had shorted out and were flashing an E5 error message.
They booked a service call and on Monday 16th February a service technician attended our house. He spent about 5 minutes inspecting the stove and then advised that a part was faulty, and it required two new parts to be replaced. He said it would be expensive and was a two-person job. He then asked for $176 as a call out fee. He advised that the office would send me a quote.
The quote was received on Wednesday 18th February for a total of $4,625.
More than the cost of a new unit (another brand of course). My advice, stay away from Smeg
