A very disappointing experience.
UPDATED REVIEW (June 2026)
The clinic went above and beyond to understand what went wrong and address my concerns. While my original experience remains the same, I truly appreciate the professional and respectful way they handled my complaint.
They clearly care about customer satisfaction, and for that reason I am updating my review.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (May 2026)
I scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, I was told it had been rescheduled for one hour later—without any prior notice. I explained that I couldn’t wait, and suddenly they said they could see me immediately.
The appointment was for a teeth cleaning, which ended up lasting just 10 minutes. I’m not exaggerating—10 minutes. In my experience, a proper dental cleaning usually takes at least 45 minutes to an hour, so this already raised concerns about the quality of the service.
To make matters worse, I was charged USD 148. For such a rushed and superficial treatment, this felt completely unjustified.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

WOW, What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience, like many others in the uk, the costs are constantly increasing with every visit to our dentists. After various accidents I had lost a few teeth and damaged some more. I had visited two separate clinics in London and found them very unhelpful. So I carried out some homework and a friend of my wife recommended Smile Centre. Wow, from the initial contact, they have been outstanding. On arrival the team were so welcoming and professional. They walk you through the procedures, the work they do is outstanding and the aftercare is excellent, even messages to see how you are feeling whilst away from them. This is the first half of my treatment and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all their amazing team and l look forward to seeing them for round two. MM

Hi I went to smile center so nervous as I have fear of dentists.. didn't know what to expect, but they made me feel so relaxed and welcomed me, it was nothing like I expected they trueley look after you and have your best interests at heart.. Amazing 🤩
The fabulous Smile Center, Turkey ….
After exhausting many options within the U.K, desperately searching ways to improve my smile, I finally gave up and reached out to many clinics in other countries, via social media until I was recommended The Smile Center, Turkey.
Reaching out to them has proved to be the best decision ever and one I am so thankful for.
After two visits to the spotlessly clean clinic in Kaleici, Old Town, Antalya, I could not be happier with the end result.
Although every member of the team have been amazing there are a few that I would like to mention;
Khalid who carried out the dental surgery, the amazing dentist Furkan who created my beautiful new teeth, he’s lovely assistant Irem who was always there to support and of course the lovely photographer, Berk who would just pop out of nowhere!!
But last and by no means least, a special mention has to go to the wonderful Yusuf who responded to countless amounts of WhatsApp messages while in both the U.K and in Turkey, and questions I asked at the clinic. Thank-you Yusuf for always being so friendly, patient and reassuring!!
I cannot thank each and every member of the team at The Smile Center enough, for taking good care of me and sending me back to the U.K with the smile I have been longing for, for so long!!

My experience was fantastic
My experience was fantastic! They met me at the airport, took me to the hotel they had arranged for me and met me in the hotel the next morning and we walked the short distance to the nearby clinic. I was never treated in a rush nor did I spend very long waiting. The service was excellent. Other than the injections, I really had no pain. I’m more than happy!
