The service was great and super fast shipping
The kit was easy to use and in happy with the service and kept up to date with everything im happy to recommend smile direct club to everyone 😀

I had a consultation today with Maddy. She was super friendly and explained everything she was doing and I felt very comfortable with her. She is knowledgeable about the product and gentle with the physical side of things. Once I explained my financial situation she wasn’t pushy for me to sign up and make a payment today, she made me feel at ease knowing that in a couple of months I can pop back in to update my 3D scan and then get my treatment underway from there.

First of all I'd like to say thanks for deleting my previous review, secondly, you came through on your word (almost) by shipping me my free retainer that was offered a few months back that you tried charging me for. The problem is that you offered TWO FREE SETS AND ONLY ONE SET CAME. Do you guys have fun trying to screw people over? What is actually wrong with you people.

I had the best experience with Maddy from the Christchurch shop in Riccarton. She was so kind and helpful, she made me feel comfortable and went through everything clearly, I’m so excited to get my new smile!!

The ladies helped , however my smile should only need one lot of braces to go.....

Worst service I have ever dealt with in my LIFE!!!!!!! Literally ripping my hair out at how money hungry these people are. They double charged my credit card randomly, when I try and resolve this politely they then send me in twelve loop hole circles with the same automated response from about 5 different people, by this point I’m furious I just want my money refunded it’s been almost 8 business days and still nothing as of yet. You try and contact these people directly and for some reason they are unreachable, my supposed account Manager Ashley F sends an automated email offering $250 off total treatment and free aligners, I JUST WANT TO CANCEL! They make the cancellation process daunting 24-48 business hours before your manager can help you with the cancellation. I could say there’s a lot of disgusting things people do for money but this is just underlying gross. The first week (I only bothered with the first aligner tray) I got a tooth ache, wow?! Go figure. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go and see a REAL orthodontist with proper credentials, not these pack of w******! And the representative had the cheek to tell me I was unprofessional? Like I care? And the audacity, Taking UNAUTHORISED double payments and using excuses like it was an “error” is really UNprofessional. Because not only did it happen the first time it’s happened AGAIN. You guys are embarrassing. You’re business will bust soon. Fingers crossed.

Great experience so far and looking forward to the rest of the process. I let Tess know i was going to be late and when I showed up at the wrong address, she helped me book another one not long after. I had my consultation with Nicole who talked me through the process and showed me the 3D scan which was cool, made me more aware of what I was to expect. Thanks to all of them!

The technology that is used to take a 3D scan of my teeth is amazing. Staff were welcoming and the process was easy and exactly reflected what I had read would happen. My smile guide Rad was professional and answered all the questions I had around options and treatment plan. She even asked a staff member who is wearing aligners to pop in and show me how discreet they are.I can't wait now to see if I'm a candidate for treatment.

They make you feel so comfortable and everything is so affordable. Nicole was amazing and I would recommend this to anyone
