I have now completed my second visit to Smile Team Antalya, and once again I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I received.

From the moment you walk through the door, every member of staff is kind, caring and genuinely makes you feel looked after.

A special thank you to Dr Ibrahim Donmez, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, who carried out my implant procedure. He was so kind, reassuring and professional, making me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment.

One of the things I love most about this clinic is that everything is explained clearly with absolutely no pressure. They take the time to discuss all of your options and always prefer to save your natural teeth wherever possible, rather than recommending unnecessary treatment. A full treatment plan is completed before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.

The aftercare has also been outstanding. The team has kept in regular contact with me throughout my healing period, checking on my progress and answering any questions I have had. That level of care has given me real confidence in my treatment.

I’m now counting down to my third visit in a few months, when I’ll receive my final crowns, and I genuinely can’t wait to see the finished result.

My experience with Smile Team Turkey in Antalya was exceptional from start to finish. Right from the beginning, I was deeply impressed by their instant contact and highly professional responses. They were entirely transparent, provided clear information, and never hid any details or hidden fees. Their primary priority is clearly patient care rather than just making a profit.
The clinic offers reasonable, highly competitive pricing without compromising on premium quality. In fact, after my in-person clinical examination, they adjusted my treatment plan and actually lowered my price by removing extra procedures that were deemed unnecessary. This level of sincerity, honesty, and open dealing is incredibly rare and commendable.
The logistics were seamless and comfortable, including airport, hotel, and clinic transfers with a very friendly, professional driver. At the clinic, the front desk team offered a warm, refreshing welcome that immediately eased my nerves. My coordinator, Ilmana, was fantastic—young, energetic, and highly articulate. He explained the entire process in simple, clear terms and was always ready to answer questions. I am also very grateful to Wahab, another wonderful and energetic coordinator, who was incredibly welcoming.
I was particularly satisfied with the medical care because Dr. Ibrahim Dönmez is a highly skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is a true expert in complex surgical procedures, including advanced implant placements like zygomatic and pterygoid implants. Knowing his deep level of expertise instantly reassured me that I was in the safest possible hands. He is not only highly talented but also incredibly warm and friendly. He took the time to explain every detail professionally, which significantly lowered my anxiety. The surgery went smoothly and wonderfully without any hassle.

I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Esin Kozak. She is a highly skilled and talented prosthodontist who approaches her work with absolute precision. Throughout my treatment, she worked wonderfully, skillfully, and meticulously. You can tell she truly cares about perfection and patient comfort.

Having traveled to their Antalya clinic, I was thoroughly impressed by the cutting-edge technology and strict hygiene standards. The surgeons and nursing staff are incredibly skilled, patient, and fluent in English, completely eliminating any communication barriers.
I am deeply thankful to the entire team and highly recommend Smile Team Turkey.

What a great experience I had at smile team. After years of being terrified of going to the dentist and having so much trouble with my teeth, at 63 I decided to have implants as I only had 9 teeth left and a very ill fitting plate (purchased in the UK). From the moment I walked into the Smile Team dentist I immediately felt at ease. The care and service provided is outstanding. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about dental work to give Smile Team a message and start your journey to your perfect smile.

From the 1st contact through whats app, to arriving and our driver was waiting. All staff at hotel and clinic where amazing they talked me through every stage of the process. Also I liked how every staff member had a different job. One dealt with the crowns another dealt with scans another for pictures and one for extractions. The clinic is spotless high standards everywhere. I am so happy with the finished result and would recommend this clinic to anyone. My partner is now going to get his done and also another family member. Go for it u wont regret it. Thanks smile team u where amazing

My co-ordinator max made my experiance that 1000% better, he talked me through every step he stayed with me the hole time,over all he was amazing, the clinic itself, wow,very straight forward and organised,very welcoming and friendly, i would highly recomend smile team 100%. I carnt wait for my second visit now hehe xx

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. My coordinator Max explained and stayed by my side the whole time from beginning to end, which I really appreciated as he had an excellent & reassuring
manner. All the staff were friendly, informative providing a very professional environment. From the pick ups and collections and the Hotel Nun where I stayed, were all really good and I would certainly recommend Smile.

I have been insecure about my teeth for a few years now. I did my research and found that Smile Team was going to be the best for me.

How amazing and right I was.

The staff here have been nothing but amazing!
They have kept me so settled the entire journey.

From coming in May and finding I needed A LOT of work, they reassured me the entire way. When I went home to recover for a few months, they checked in regularly!

I have now come back and had my final set all fitted and I’m blown away with how perfect my smile is!

I will get jaw ache if I carry on smiling this much!

My implant treatment has just started, and my first experience has been very positive. The doctor was calm, professional, and inspiring confidence. The treatment coordinator spoke excellent English, answered all my questions, and provided great support. The reception staff were friendly, organized, and welcoming. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent.

From my first visit at team smile the team have been amazing, they're in constant contact with you from the get go any issues before going, my first arrival and the second visit were dealt with immediately with my dental coordinator anastasia who guided me theough every detail. The staff at the dentist were all polite and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The cleanliness and hygiene within the building is 10/10.
They have given me confidence in smiling again and I would highly recommend team smile to anyone looking at getting that perfect smile.

I can’t recommend Smile Team Turkey enough. They made the whole process of getting dental work done completely stress-free and smooth.
A massive thank you to Burak, our online coordinator, who sorted everything out beforehand and answered all of our questions perfectly. Once we arrived, Ilamanan, our in-clinic coordinator, took amazing care of us and kept everything running flawlessly on the ground.
All of the doctors were top-tier—highly professional, gentle, and incredibly skilled. We felt like we were in the best hands the entire time.
A special shout-out also goes to the drivers! They were always on time, super professional, and took all the stress out of getting to our back-to-back appointments and handling our airport transfers.
If you are looking for incredible dental work and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place to go!

What can I say apart from first class service from everyone involved at Smile Team. Dr. Ibrahim was fantastic along with all the team there. I must say a huge thank you to Maksim Gurdemir for helping me through the whole process. I had 9 teeth removed and 6 implants ready for my return visit in 6 months for 25 crowns.
I am genuinely one of those people petrified of the dentist but everyone at Smile team put me at ease. I'm already looking forward to my return visit and can't wait to see the final results. 10/10 highly recommend.

Smiles team where amazing with me even though I probably stressed them out when I first turned up and I was a day behind cos of all the questions I was asking cos I was so scared and worried lol... but the thing is your in good hands with Smiles team they made sure I was looked after and pain free they also did transport and hotel as well so you don't have to stress and worry about that either. The staff also amazing and very lovely and caring. The dentist man sorry I forgot his name who done my teeth I couldn't ask for a better dentist he new what was right and what was wrong with teeth amazing bloke he was. From my recent experience and from start to finish I thought that Smile Team Antalya offered a first class service. The whole procedure relating to my initial consultation and the execution of all procedures in getting the excellent final results of my new crowns ran like a well oiled machine. All staff working in the many different departments must be congratulated in providing a very professional and first class service. A credit to the company that they work for. A special thankyou to Gulsah Icen who performed the majority of work on my dentistry plan. The lady is amazing at her profession and I highly recommend her to anyone who follows in my footsteps. The whole experience and final results with Smile Team from start to finish was in my opinion the right choice. Just back from Smile Team Turkey and id like to leave this honest review. From the start of my journey back in January 26 the communication has been excellent, the team answered all my questions and didn't pressure me in any way. My first visit to the surgery was hard for me, with 12 implants fitted and bone grafts after having all my teeth removed. The coordinator was superb, speaking fantastic English, did his best to keep me informed the whole time I was there.
My second visit in June 26 was also made much easier by the care felt by the various staff. Id like to mention Dr Nagehan Yılmaz. She is fantastic. She took her time to ensure the end product was 100%. This is 100% genuine, if you want your teeth done properly, choose Smile Team. You won't be disappointed.
