I do not recommend this dental clinic.

Before travelling from the UK to Turkey, I had several conversations with the clinic. I sent them videos and photos of my teeth, and based on that they gave me a treatment plan and a price. We also discussed my flights, hotel, and travel dates, so they knew I was travelling specifically for my dental treatment.

However, when I arrived at the clinic, they completely changed the price. It was much higher than the quote I had agreed to before travelling. I had planned my budget based on the original price, so I could not afford the new amount.

What disappointed me the most was that they did not offer any reasonable explanation or even give me the opportunity to speak with another dentist. After travelling all the way from the UK and spending seven days in Turkey, I left without receiving any treatment.

This experience ruined my holiday and cost me a lot of time and money. I felt misled and very disappointed by how everything was handled.

If you are considering travelling abroad for dental treatment, I would advise you to be very careful and make sure you have a written guarantee of the final price before booking your trip. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

This place is amazing if you are thinking of getting your teeth done this is the place to come to best choice ive ever made for myself brilliant company and service 🙌🏼

From start to finish Smile Team were professional and timely and everything is run like clockwork. The clinic is modern and well equipped and the staff are all great and work very long hours . I was very anxious that my new teeth were not luminous white and they listened and dod exactly as I had hoped. A very happy customer and I highly recommend. There is not one thing I would change. Well what can I say about this fantastic team. Anyone who knows me would know how much I hate the dentist but coming to you guys has been a life changer for me. I would not go anywhere else. Looked after me from day one of me contacting you to starting my journey back in march 2025 I finished my journey in October 2025 and left leaving a review so I could genuinely give them the stars they deserve I also went back with my mum march 2026 and they was happy to have a look at my teeth whilst there. Every step they took at my pace showing me I could do it and reassured me step by step what a fantastic team from coordinators reception staff to dentist doctors all of you are fantastic. See you again in 2027 for my next check up

I found them online, got in touch, booked the flight and the rest is history. The professionalism is through the roof. Truly great people who take care of you every step of the way, from the moment you touch down in the country to your very last appointment.

And couldn’t wait to do this , from back on my first visit in December / new year till now , what can I say “ what’s truly lovely easy happy experience with the smile team , I can not believe the level of expertise, professionalism and very high standards I got with the smile team right from reception staff - my lovely agents and the wonderful dr nagehan yilmaz she is just amazing and with making my treatment so easy and painless which I know lots worry about , these guys are another level in there industry, it can be an emotional experience but the smile team go above and beyond to ease your fears explaining everything step by step , with having my daughter cry seeing me smile again to the joy of getting confidence back again it’s been wonderful I can’t recommend these guys enough honestly they are the best

I am absolutely stunned by the way this dentist works, unbelievable staff and giving unbelievable smiles. I am extremely happy with how they have done and super appreciative.

I'm so happy I chose Smile Team Turkey for my implants. I looked at several clinics but I like their aesthetics the best, and they came back quickly with the quote. Communication was top notch from the beginning. I had a complex case (essentially zero bone) and they were able to come up with a treatment plan that meet my needs and enabled me to come back for my finals in four months. The dentist who performed the surgery was fantastic -- I had zero swelling or bruising. No failures. And the dentist who prepared my finals was meticulous and masterful. They turned out even better than expected. Great team all around.

Both me and my husband are 3 weeks post dental implants.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. We were both sedated and knowing I was nervous waited for me to see my husband before my procedure.
The care throughout was amazing. I am a very nervous patient and they put me at ease massively all the team are amazing.
I am now home and everything question I have asked they have answered straight away. Keep it up smile team I can't wait to see you all in November for my Permanents!

Smile team are truly amazing... i choose to take a leap and travel to antayla to get ly forever smile and help build my confidence again.. from the minute I contacted smile team to the minute I landed my experience is next to none I have just completed my first visit and i could not be happier.. home with temps to heal and then November be back for finals 🙏 technology is nect to none no pain was felt and I have never felt so welcome in a dentist... looking forward to coming back and achieving my dream smile... From the beginning of my journey I have had the most amazing experience. The Smile Team are simply amazing. We (my wife and I) came here not knowing what to expect and were a little apprehensive but as soon as we landed in Antalya we knew we had made the right choice. The staff at Smile are all so friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The technology is second to none. Any questions or worries we had were answered and dealt with in a kind and understanding manner. Since having the treatment I have had relatively no pain and I was given all the information that I needed, if I needed any help when not in the clinic, the WhatsApp chat was fast and very efficient. My wife is now starting her own Smile journey on my return for my permanent implants to be fitted in November. We cannot wait to come back. The hotel and staff aswell were fantastic and very helpful. The soft food menu for breakfast was a lovely touch. My sister in law and her husband are also now booking to come.

Well what can I say, from the first contact the service has been exceptional, the staff are 11/10 and always happy to help you, even out of hours. Max gets a mention as he settled me on day 1, I'm now over half way through my treatment plan and always look forward to visiting. The clinic is just an amazing place and always has a lovely atmosphere. Look forward to finals 😬

So picked up from airport 01/05/26 to the hotel by smile team driver.
02/05/26 picked up from hotel by smile team driver and taken to smile team clinic.
Met Max the co-ordinator ( really nice young fella ) had x rays/ 3D images taken. Then consultation.
Had an indepth chat about what needed to be done. All 9 dodgy teeth taken out & 12 posts in. 2 of these were Pterycoid implants which is an alternative to a nasal lift. Then taken back to the hotel. Two days later picked up again and had my temporary teeth put in an screwed in and look great considering they are temporary.
The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The staff outstanding. My dental surgeon a magician... After work done had an injection,antibiotics, pain killers, mouth wash and oil for gums.
After care information and tips to heal quickly and looking after temp teeth ,excellent info. ( A bit emotional to see a full mouth of teeth to smile with again )
Didn't need the pain killers,which surprised the he'll out of me and no discomfort at all.
So my fear and dislike for dentists was restored in abundance. Smile team are a team of friendly courteous people who really are professional and really care about giving a fabulous service.
I'm extremely pleased I was recommended by neighbours to the smile team and after research decided they were right for me.
Have to wait 5 months to heal before going back for my permanent implants. I really can't wait to go back and finish the job.

I had my fillings done and tooth whitening here, been well looked after and I am happy with the service. People are amazing and so friendly too! They are trying their best to make you happy 🫡 I highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from the start to finish. I was looked after properly and with care. You can feel as a member of a family in this clinic. What an amazing team. I flew over from Ireland last month and I was blown away by the professionalism, dedication and my results. The whole process was completely pain free! I felt at ease the whole time and before any work was done I knew what was happening. My coordinator was outstanding, her name was Adelia. She was by my side throughout the whole process. And my Dentist Dr.Gulsahicen all I can say is you are amazing.

Smileteam dental has been amazing from start to finish it’s a lovely, clean clinic and has lovely friendly atmosphere.
Wahab always made sure I was comfortable and happy with the process and explained everything. The dentist was amazing and done a great job, he was a kind and friendly man who always made sure he was doing what was best for me and my teeth. Getting my teeth done at this clinic gave me my confidence back to smile again!!
