I ordered online 6/22/2020 and just received my order 7/25/2020. Once I open my package I only receive part of my order. I have to email them to inform them of this problem and wait to see how long it will take them to respond. This company is awful.

Placed an order over 1+ month ago for 2 car magnetics. Emailed them about not receiving my order? No response. Saw no telephone number to call. Only able to contact via Email, which right there shows it's a bootleg company. After 5 emails with no response, I sent out an EMAIL stating I'm going to report them to the BBB. (Better Business Bureau). They immediately responded saying "We apologize for any inconvenience, we will look into your order, and get right on that problem". Also, stating that it'll take 7-10 business days to figure out this problem!! They wouldn't let me cancel my order, and asked me not to contact the BBB.!! Please whomever is looking to purchase from this phony place, think again!!! I tryed to stop payment on my credit card, however my credit card said it was too late. So, I lost $45, to money hungry, scam artist "fugazzy" company🤬🤬🤬. I'd give No Stars, but that was the only way to write this complaint....

I ordered beard colouring shampoo and have only just received it after about 2 months of waiting. I first saw it advertised on Instagram and thought I'd splash out on 3 'boxes' of the stuff. In reality, it amounted to 3 small sachets. I also understood that the shampoo was coming from USA, not China. The label on the padded envelope shows 'China' at Goods Origin. If I'd known that, I would never have bought the stuff. I'm glad I've found the other write-ups here and so I'm not the only only who has been scammed/duped. I escalated a claim on PayPal and they were looking into it for me, but I've now had to contact PayPal to discontinue the claim - and that wasn't easy either.

Just rang then Smileyhomey.com they said they are not connected with SheSwish, they said SheSwish is a company hidden in China. They actually are SheSwish, police will now get involved. DONT TOUCH SHESWISH AND SMILEYHOMEY THEY ARE ON THE SAME POT................SCAMMERS.
