I was shocked when I woke up to check my payments their is a transaction inside my account to Smilehomey COME ON SERIOUSLY ITS CHRISTMAS FOR GOD SAKE 🙈🙈 I never ordered anything from this company and they just pulled the money out from my bank account without my authorization 👀 please I need my refund how this people get into my bank account it no good and I'm so frustrating

Postage was listed as prepaid by seller on package but in fact was not paid to USPS, requiring me as the buyer to paid the postage before the item was delivered. I paid postage with my order. Seller apparently pocketed my shipping payment and got USPS to process the package up to the point that they realized postage was not actually paid. I needed to make a trip to the post office and paid again for postage to get the package. I elected to not refuse the package as I doubt that I would ever get a full refund. Emails to seller would come back as undeliverable

Scam, charged twice and never got anything.

Ordered a product in October and never received it so I emailed the company at the contact email they provided to check status of order and the emailed returned as an inactive account. After some research of the tracking number provided I determined it was a false number, not affiliated with any shipping companies for delivery so I reached out to PayPal and filed an dispute on Nov. 16, 2022 and they promptly refunded my money. Notification stated to allow up to 30 days but within 10 minutes I received notice from my bank that the payment was refunded. I advise to steer clear of SmileyHomey and Seller: "She Swish Limited" but I am grateful that PayPal backs/protects my purchases. I have never had an issue with PayPal, they even warned me once of a known Seller that was reported as a scam company when I went to purchase another product a year ago, this prevented me from moving forward with the purchase. I will always use PayPal for online purchases when it is an option as they provide great protection of my money.

I never received the item from Oct 2,2022. I tried to email but it bounced back as not a good email address so I asked Paypal to step in and they are not responding either. The company gave a fake tracking number, Paypal said they would make a determination by 11/09 then extended it to 11/24....What a mess. Don't deal with either of these companies unless you want to loose your money.

Scam 9th Sept paid £32.50 and had nothing, I am contacting PayPal want refund

I ordered for 1/9/16pcs Mirror Wall Stickers (Qty 4).
Paypal deducted $49.87 from my Mastercard on January 2020.
By 21 February 2020, my check recorded:
Sent by MANUAL.
Status: Shipped.

Over 1 year after, no delivery, my money not returned. When I got to know Paypal's Help Desk, their response was that I should have complained 180 days from my payment.

How do I even begin to talk about better customer service?! In due time, I will delete my Paypal account. I wonder if there is help anywhere else.

I placed order #MM70541 for $57.38 on 4/20/2020. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. They just STOLE my money, then showed Paypal some bogus shipping receipts which was GOOD ENOUGH FOR PAYPAL, and that was it, have a nice day and say bye bye to your money. And Paypal believed them throwing away my case. Make sure you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE

Lane Delacedra? Meowpunch? She Swish Limited??? PayPal? In April 2020, I ordered 4 Amazing Wonder balls from Meowpunch 8 months now and I still have not received my merchandise. Instead, After numerous complaints in September 2020 I received 4 (Jelly Balloons) you can get from any Dollar store from an on line seller( resident ) in Arkansas. I asked for a refund and Smileyhomey returned $4.95 when they should have returned $35.95 my point is I should have been reinstated all of my money because I did not receive what I ordered. I am in the process of turning this over to the attorney general!!! Better Business Bureau and I am also going to contact Channel 7 channel 4 and channel 11😡 I know they would be interested in this situation because there are so many people that have been scammed ... I am so glad I saved all of my proof and so glad I found this website I have been investigating this for almost 8 months now. I want my money back or the merchandise that I ordered....

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes in Jan20. Paypal debited my account and in spite of many mails sent to them they told me that it's being shipped. The lockdown of the pandemics came in force. I still did not receive my order yet.

This company took 2 amount out of my account in April, I never ordered anything from them and haven't received anything, spent 2 hour on the phone with Pay Pal and was told that after much searching they could not find any record of the company or the the transaction so have to kiss around $120 goodbye and that's a lot of money when your on an aged pension.
