DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I waited for a LONG time to get my order and then it was the wrong thing. I filed a claim with Paypal and they did their best, but this company, knowing USPS shipments to Hong Kong have been suspended, insisted I would have to send the items back. Paypal would have covered up to $30 of shipping but UPS would charge $130. I tried to get at least a partial refund, but this company knows what it's doing. The ad I bought from said "US owned and operated". I fell for the scam. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which handles complaints about deceptive or unfair business practices.

I ordered back in June, have still not received my item, so I have now approached PayPal for a resolution. Unfortunately, PayPal send what you type as an email to them first; their stance is to try and resolve the issue with the seller directly. I have already emailed them numerous times! They also go under the name of RAINBOWLAVA.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Slutsatsen jag drar genom att läsa alla andras omdömen är att jag inte kommer få min vara den här sommaren.

I ordered a product 6/1/2020, and after 3 weeks of it not being shipped, I emailed asking for it to be cancelled. After a week of no response, I followed up and was told that it could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped. It was shipped that day, a week after I asked for it to be cancelled, 4 weeks after purchase. I continued emailing for weeks after asking for a cancellation, refusal of delivery, and a refund. My messages were ignored for weeks at a time. Absolutely horrible. I have been asking how to return for a refund and now I'm being told that the return window has closed. When they don't respond to me for up to 3 weeks sometimes, how am I supposed to be in their window?

I bought - Herbal Refining Peel-Off Mask - simple envelope package, box with cosmetic no secure properly, half of it gone into the foil bag, wrrrr....

Very bad. We can contact to this company. I order one item on July 3rd 2020. I didn’t get my item. Look like this is a fake company. Soon I am going to contact to PayPal. Don’t buy anything from them.

This place is nothing but a scam! Ordered in May, "tracking number" provided was BS...no movement on my shipment. Emailed them, they sent me a new "tracking number" and to this day still no movement...says its still in China...even though when i ordered it online it showed up as a US company and even charged me in USD (I am Canadian) i have been emailing them since June and have still not received any reply!

Ordered Embroidery Accessories Diamond Painting Tool (with pen) after seeing FACEBOOK AD early July, emailed cancelling early August as I hadn't received item, to date still no reply to email.

Still not received item nor refund. Raised issue with PayPal, after reading all reviews regarding She Swish Limited and Smileyhomey awaiting response.

Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Complete rip offs. Never received my order which was made in April. It’s now August. Sent complaint to PayPal who rejected my claim as they reckon the merchant showed tracking that it had been delivered. This is crap. If it was delivered, it wasn’t to my address. Stay away from Swish/Smileyhomey

I ordered 2 DIY coaster kits from them. After not receiving them for weeks, I tried to contact them. Imaginever replied and said when I would receive the product. When it finally arrived, it was just the molds, not the complete kit. I messaged them, was told I had to email them. I emailed them, never heard back. Messaged them again, was told to be patient. I waited another week. Messaged them via the website. They finally got back to me and said I just ordered the molds, not the complete kits. The wording on the website is not clear. They only accept returns if the product is damaged. Now I'm stuck with these stupid molds. I won't be ordering from them again and you shouldn't, either. Reprehensible.

Terrible.

I purchased multiple items from swish. After not receiving the order for many weeks, I emailed the customer support email. I didn't receive a response. I filed a complaint to PayPal. It took 7 weeks to get a resolution, which was the company finally sending my order 3 months after I placed the order. To make things worse, some of the items were not what I ordered or not as described! I emailed the customer service email twice and haven't received a response. I guess I'll try to file another complaint with PayPal to see if I can get a refund.

Do not purchase from Swish/Smiley Homey.

this company showed up my facebook feed and I was interested in the grooming tool for my dog but after ordering the item on may 31 2020 I have not seen any sign of the item and it appears I never will. I would give a negative star review if it allowed me to. SCAMMMERS !!!!!! stay clear.....!!!!!!

WRITTEN IN CHINESE on bottle so really no way of figuring this waste of money craft out.
