Brought a dress for over £50 worst mistake ever, looked nothing like the advert on website, customer service non existent, no reply to the emails sent, awful quality of dress, not from London at all shipped from china, stay away at all costs, total rip off company laughing at people who earn there money legally and expect a decent service AVOID AVOID AVOID

0 stars!!! I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand, they are clearly not based in London as described and the stock photos are nothing like the items they send out. I ordered the item and cancelled within 5 minutes (as stated in the T&Cs). The parcel arrived 3 weeks later from China, very poor communication, with the guise of Jessica Smith from Customer services sending automated responses. Dress was nothing like the photo advertised - different colour, pattern, style, fabric and size, and the cheapest quality! It’s only fit for the bin! I’ve requested a refund and applied through my bank to recover the money. I have also initiated an investigation with contacts in China, but I think these are from back street factories.

AVOID AT ANY COST !! Shocking quality and customer service. The product you can purchase better from Shein, quicker delivery and easier return ! The dress was not anything like the video they advertised, cheapest material, not standard size, awful fit and cut, expensive and annoying return policy, It s been a month and I am still expecting a refund ! Why they are not banned ??

Worst experience ever. Not only the costumer service was bad but once I received the order (a month later or more) the quality is shocking bad, the dress does not look like the one on the website, the belt is different, the fabric is cheap and itchy. The size S is really big. I tried to return the item and the refund process is not only very expensive but also, very inconvenient and annoying. If you get the same dress from Shein you spend less than half of the money, arrives in a couple of days and you can easily return it. I wanted to have a better quality option for a wedding but this dress is a total disappointment and k will never recommend this website or even get another product.

A few days ago I bought a pool for children, at home I noticed that it was constantly deflating, without having been used, from the first evening when it was inflated and left overnight, by the morning it was already deflated. After several attempts to re-inflate it, the problem persisted, although we did not get to use it and enjoy the purchase. We decided to return it but it was not possible because it was opened. The question was, how can I know if the product is working without taking it out and trying it, which the staff members are not really interested in. I was very disappointed.

The biggest scam! Please do not be fooled and order from this website. The worse quality clothing and the customer service is appalling. I really wish I’d read the reviews online before being fooled by an Instagram ad

SCAM AVOID! I checked before I ordered and it said it was a hassle free refund policy. I also believed from the website and branding I was buying from a UK company. IT IS NOT - IT IS IN CHINA. I became suspicious when it took ages to arrive. The product was cheap and nasty and when I asked about a refund I was told I had to cover costs back to China.

Has anyone actually managed to get a refund from this company??

If I could give this zero I would. The dress I received is poor quality, badly made and way too small. It’s made and supplied from China and returns have to be made to China with you covering the delivery costs. The advert implies that the company is based in London which it isn’t. I hate being scammed and just wish I’d been more diligent before I placed an order

Do not buy anything from this company , based in china . The quality is soaking and nothing like the pictures . I bought 2 dresses their are terrible . Offered me a minimum refund and couldn’t care less attitude . Scammers really . I have resorted to watch dog and trading standards .

Shocking quality came from Chine you’re led to think this is a London firm it’s not. Having to pay for a return. Do not buy.

Don't buy from this company they are based in China bought the field jacket took forever to come arrived today looks nothing like the picture cheap crap well pissed off stay away from them.

I bought a field jacket from Smith & Co Clothing and was thoroughly disappointed from the moment it arrived. The quality is shockingly poor – cheap materials, flimsy stitching, and it looked nothing like the product photos. Within a few wears, seams were coming apart and the fabric was already fading.

I reached out to their customer service multiple times, hoping for a resolution or at least a response, they were keen to inform me that they have barely any complaints and that it would cost around £20 to return.

This has been a frustrating and regrettable purchase. I strongly advise others to avoid Smith & Co Clothing. You’ll get better quality and service almost anywhere else.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
I don’t know where to start…
Firstly it took 4 weeks to arrive “from a London” store.
The material is some awful synthetic stuff.
It’s badly made with some seams in the trousers rucked. It’s impossible to tell which is the back & which is the front as they both form a pouch when on.
The top is stitched so badly that the facing won’t lie flat and protrudes from the neckline.
The colour is not as described, in fact the garment has no resemblance to what was advertised.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

Do not be lured by their advertising (clothing and accessories company Smith London). Product arrived 3 weeks after the order was placed. Items wet inside packing and not fit for purpose. Complaint duly made and initally response was quick. However subsequent emails have not been responded to and I am now left with poor goods and no sign of a refund. DO NOT buy from this company. Not able to claim back from my credit card provider - Smith T&C's mean once you agree to buy you are bound to return the goods for any chance of a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
