Ripped off by this fraudulent company. This is not acceptable. They haven’t even responded to my email asking for the returns process.

Awful, doesnt fit, quality awful and the return address is china, so basically a scam website.

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering.

Really companies like Instagram (where they are promoted) and SHOP should not be supporting these scam shops.

I have just received the item and I believe it is NOT fit for purpose.
It is way too small, see-through and not even yellow.
It must be a joke.

Ok, so lesson learnt, I should have read the previous reviews. I ordered the Lennon dress in red to be fair it came quite quickly however the dress........ shocking, literally shocking. The fabric was dreadful, almost plastic like and smelt of chemicals. The cut of the dress was just rubbish so badly made. Still trying to get a refund and i'm not going to hold my breath.

The colour was the least of the problems! They were so generous offering my a full 35% refund! I do t think so.

Horrendous experience. Purchased a dress that kept appearing in my socials. Ordered it, took weeks to arrive. When it arrives it looks so cheap, awful fabric. No label or care instructions. I emailed to return for a refund, waited another few days and was then asked to provide more details and photos of what I didn’t like! Answer - I don’t like anything about it and wanted my money back. After another few days I am told that I have to pay for the shipping back to China. Alternatively, I could order another item free of charge and just pay for shipping and import taxes. I can’t believe they can get away with it!

I’m appalled! The website clearly shows a London store, says royal mail delivery partner. Drawing you in to a quality London based British business.
The dress took over two weeks to arrive.
When it did the dress was hideous and nothing at all like the images, the belt didn’t fit, the belt was supposed to be the same material as the dress but a cheap plastic one that was too short came with it.
They ship from China not London, customer service is terrible. I’ve had no response about a refund.
But their small print says I have to pay for the item to go back to China with tracking.

To their credit - I fell for it and ordered an outfit that looked pretty good on their model. Took weeks to arrive - not surprising as it comes from China. Total scam. Don't purchase anything. Their Instagram has now been blanked as well. The dress took two months to arrive, no mention it was coming from China, it's a London boutique apparently so why would I think that and clearly says delivered by local royal mail! Material was shocking, felt like a cheap curtain, colour was not as it was in the pictures, and was just the worst thing I've seen. My children laughed when they saw it.
Don't purchase anything getting a refun is far from 'hassle free' as you have to return to china and pay the cost to return it, or you can exchange and keep the original item and then you will have two pieces of rubbish that you wont wear. AVOID.
There is no way they have sold over 6000 dresses of this style and if they have it's only because people didn't bother returning them as they make it so difficult!!!

So like loads of other people I ordered the field Jacket - it’s turned up too small, cheaply made and looking nothing like the article advertised.
Feeling a bit daft to be fair.
The moral of the story is, don’t buy clothes from brands you’ve never heard of on social media.
Avoid them like the plague.

I purchased an Ethan field jacket which bears no resemblance to the jacket advertised on their F**in website. What a bunch of dishonourable thieving scum bags. Ive tried to contact them but they have no real contact details.

Horrendous garment, cheaply made and dreadful material. The sizing is totally wrong and although they state a return for refund is available, it isnt a UK address and the buyer has to pay for the postage.
I sent an email and received an answer that there were no other complaints. I have checked the reviews and they are all dreadful comments of total displeasure. It is a SCAM, avoid at all costs.

Absolute crap. Yes, I received a jacket, but the quality is so bad, it'll be going straight in the bin. Wouldn't wear it. Wish I had read these reviews before buying but the website is really convincing. Do not buy!

Don’t even think of ordering from those scammers they trick you into over ordering at the checkout without noticing that you’ve already ordered. They charge your credit card twice or maybe three times the value of the original order and then you keep getting promised that your item will come even though they describe themselves in London based business they are Chinese And the goods we need to come from China and you would never ever receive your refund or the item I had to dispute the charges through the bank to get my money back

Again! I wish I'd checked here first. I to ordered the Ethan Field Jacket, thats putting it loosely, shirt more like, no thicker than the Tshirt on my back, Absolute rubbish! It was too small, ordered XL, even after checking my measurements, and the quality isn't there. Never in a million years is it worth the £199 original price not even worth £60. Tried reaching out but like others not holding out much hope, reading their T&Cs: No real infrastructure here in the UK everyting is in Asia...Return procedure is so convoluted its unreal and you have to pay to return, so making it ecomonically unviable to get your money back! Yeh and they may or may not communicate etc etc...more chance of winning the lottery than getting any money back!! I'll also be dropping ShopPay as there seems to be no real protection with them either!!
Not quite the Lottery but after several emails, offering 10%, 15% and 30% refund..I perservied, purely to have proof if I went down the 'visa charge back' route, I posted it back via Royal Mail International track and trace £15.40..Eventually got £55 refunded, not the full £59.99, seems they charged me the customs fee? But I'd take that, to be done with it..So be prepared to loose at least £20.39 if you order..SO 'PLEASE DON'T ORDER' learn from my mistake and save your money!!!

This company advertises as based in London (as it states in its name complete with a union jack on the logo) i ordered two dresses for 80 pounds, and followed sizing guide.
They were ridiculously too small and very cheap material. When i tried to contact to return (website states a 'hassle free return)' service. I was told returns have to shipped to China at customers cost which will cost more than the 80 spent on dresses. I asked for a London based address as this is where they state they are based but refused to give one. Several emails back and forth and in the end i was offered a 30% refund. What a con do not buy from this scam of a company
