5 stars for prompt efficient service

Thank you for your professionality and service.

Besides efficiency and speed, what I liked most was their concern to protect the security of the customer.

Ordered jeans for next day delivery came on time very happy.

When I returned an item for a different size I received a thoughtful email which ensured that I received the right item. From posting the return to receiving the replacement took just 3 days. I was very impressed all round.

Very nice Barbour product.
Quick delivery.
Everything went perfect.
Many thanks

The product was great (Orange Barbour jumper), and was dispatched very quickly. The only gripe is that you have to pay postage to return products - only £2 which you can buy in advance but ideally would be free. I bought the £2 return voucher in case but in the end the jumped fitted my husband perfectly!

Perfect service, very satisfied

Really good service prompt and good quality product.

I ordered a jacket that was to small, returned it and got the right size in a couple of days. No fuss. Helpful service. Thanks.

First time ordering with this company and very pleased with excellent service. Thank you and well done
