I ordered a garment a size two small -my own mistake.When I telephoned the firm could not have been more helpful and confirmed the larger size was in stock.
I returned the item and the larger size arrived by return with no extra charge for the additional postage.
Excellent service.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size in my order bu Smith & Morris were very helpful, I returned the product and received a replacement quickly and easily. Dealt with an absolutely charming member of staff - if all people could be like that please!

Not only were Smith and Morris the only supplier of the gear I wanted to have it in stock, the sales experience I had with the very helpful, bubbly and efficient Harriet was second to none. Next day delivery too. What's not to like?

i had an issue with an on line order recently, I left my honest 2 star review and was contacted by the Customer Service team.

Bought this jacket elsewhere but wrong size. When went back no sizes left. Contacted smith and Morris who were the first to email us that they had the jacket in stock in correct size. Lovely coat, efficient delivery. Many thanks!
