Don't fulfil their orders

I purchased an order stating 12 packs of 6 rolls of tape. They delivered just 2 packs of 6. When I complained where was rest of my order, they said the order form was incorrect on the website. I said this was fraud and they had got a sale by their website lying about quantities customer will receive. They accepted my order was correct and the website had mis-lead me into an order, but they refused to honour it. Have reported this issue to trading standards. I would avoid this company.

Fab!

Fab!! Decided to give Smith packaging a go as the boxes I bought elsewhere weren't going to arrive in time for when I needed. These were very fast and such great value for the quality of boxes you receive!! I will be purchasing my packaging from here from now on , definitely recommend 🩷
