Appalling customer service
I ordered some moving boxes from Smith Packaging through Amazon.co,uk. The requested delivery date was delayed by three days so I knew I would not be able to use the boxes. I, therefore, cancelled the order and requested a refund through Amazon. The boxes were delivered anyway by Evri, whose driver dumped them on the doorstep and drove away before I could speak to him and return the boxes. The next morning I left the country and so was unable to organise to return the boxes. I have asked Smith Packaging for a refund, after all, this was the fault of their delivery systems and chosen delivery company, but they will not refund me my money unless I return the boxes, which I can't do because I have left the country - that's why I needed moving boxes! Smith Packaging have taken no responsibility for this situation and keep directing me back to Amazon, who in return direct me back to Smith Packaging. Dreadful customer service. I shall never use them again.

Very good customer service and products
Very good customer service. There was a slight issue with my order prior to dispatch but Jayne was very quick to contact me and offer me a replacement product or refund which prevented any hold up in the very quick delivery. The products are very good and are competitively priced. Thanks for another easy transaction.

Late Delivery Of Purchased Items
Smithpackaging states in their website that they offer next day delivery, but the items purchased did not arrive until 2 days later.
I tried to call them via their landline telephone, but the call was not answered. I then emailed the company explaining the non delivery of my purchase. I received a polite reply stating that they would look into the matter.
I then received my purchased goods 2 days later.
