Avoid this website!
Ordered a smoking pipe Peterson on the 2nd of December. I ordered early because I wanted to gift it on Christmas. Order never arrived and left me without present for my brother.
I emailed 3 times customer service and they always replied with the same copy and paste answer. And never got a reply to the last email where I was asking after how many days they were considering a shipping lost. Worst buying experience online ever and worst customer care ever. Avoid this website!

This is nothing more than a big scam. They take your money but never send you anything

Reasonably priced. Enormeos collection, especially Peterson. Search out the "irish seconds" : a very tempting series with Peterson pipes with (very) minor flaws for unbeatale pricrs. The estate pipes are always interesting, and mostly modestly priced. Keep on smoking, guys. ❤️from🇳🇱

Highly recommended! Had an issue with my Peterson
Speciality Belgique pipe model purchased in Dec'24, that developed a burn-through after a month of use. The company's response was outstanding - they quickly replaced it with the identical model within a week. Great communication throughout and very professional service.

Bought a Peterson Tyrone 69 pipe for shipping to the UK. It arrived fresh out of the box scuffed and scratched on the bowl. Sent it back immediately, with me paying the postage and UK-IRL customs charges. Weeks pass and several phone calls to a never-answered number later, I get a call saying they won’t send me a replacement unless I pay IRL-UK customs charges! Flat refusal from them to make any concessions for their mistake: no account credit, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgement of their responsibility. Shockingly bad experience. Avoid these cowboys, and go elsewhere.
