Seriously the best marshmallow fluff chocolate bars. I placed my first order last month and both of the bars the caramel & Dubai ones were delicious. I placed another order the weekend gone by for five of the chocolate bars cause they are that good. Plus I wanted to try the Aimee bar which ended up being so delicious. My go to now and Iâll be ordering more whenever I feel for a treat.

Chocolate was lovely however it arrived on the hottest day of the year with no notification from Royal Mail that it was out for delivery and subsequently it was liquid Chocolate which spoilt it for my daughters 16th birthday. I know you can't predict the weather but sadly, I used the contact us button on smorealicious website and i have had no response for 11 days. An acknowledgement would have been nice even though I appreciate smorealicious accept no responsibility once it has left their premises. Shame.

Warning labels and ice packs have been added to all orders during the hot weather and shipping upgraded for free. We have checked your tracking picture and the courier actually left your delivery outside despite warning labels to advise not to be left outside. All tracking information was sent to you via email when your order was dispatched for you to track your delivery and had this been done and not left outside the product most likely would not have been melted. It is disappointing you have felt the need to leave a negative review for an issue which could have been prevented had the courier followed instructions and your package delivery had been tracked from your dispatch email. We also advised to place products in the fridge upon arrival and this will firm up the chocolate and the taste will not be affected and it can still be enjoyed.

Genuinely awful
Genuinely awful. Ordered the pistachio chocolate bar - there was barely any filling, most of it was just chocolate. That would have been okay if it actually tasted decent but it didn't, no pistachio flavour and barely any kunafa, just tasted like straight sugar. Disgusting.I've had similar bars before and they were genuinely delicious and had a good amount of filling - should've stuck to those companies.
Not sure how there so many good reviews to be quite honest.

We are not shocked by your review due to the threatening emails we received over a bank holiday weekend from you regarding not being happy about the amount of filling in the chocolate bar. Nowhere in your email did you raise any issues regarding the taste so we would say this is a malicious claim because we did not give in to your demanding threats.
It has already been explained to you that our chocolate bars are based on weight and the pictures you sent did show filling in the bar as per the product listing and description.
When we would not authorise a refund for your order, which was in-fact correct and as described you threatened to open a charge back with your bank.
We did offer to replace your bar and request that your order be returned to us for inspection however you ignored our request and did not accept our offer of resolution instead choosing to attempt to discredit a small business with this review.
Thousands of five star reviews would disagree with your claim of "genuinely awful" and we would say perhaps your malicious review is more due to the fact we would not give in to your threats.
