Very great services !!!!! Thank you to the support team for helping me with my workflow in GHL.

I’m done with this company. The software doesn’t work properly, and customer support doesn’t respond.

I ran into an issue where I could only send about 10–20 messages per day. I contacted support about it, and they didn’t reply for over a month. During that time, two monthly payments went through while the problem still wasn’t fixed—and they didn’t pause or freeze billing.

After a month they said they would “look into it,” but nothing changed. Now it’s been another three weeks with no response again. I’m giving up.

Don’t fall for it, this product isn’t reliable and there is no support. Unfortunalty I can't add pictures of our one way chat. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Technical support is very fast and responsive. They even recorded a personalized video to explain the process to me.

I was provided help with my query swiftly. I rate their customer service 10/10 especially for being through whatsapp. Thanks to them I am now able to integrate sms8.io with GHL and send sms messages.

I tried integration with n8n and it is super easy to do. Works as it mentions and where I stay I have unlimited sms plan which saves me money. I had some transaction error but the customer service is very helpful in solving.

just started trying app isn't opening! in android phone so i can connect the device phone, tried to force stop many time it just takes the permission opening app which automatically shuts down

I gave the software a try for a couple of months, using Google Sheets and my API key to send messages. While it could send and receive texts, I kept running into a persistent error that was really frustrating. I followed the in-app video guide meant to fix it, but then my customers started receiving duplicate messages, which only added to the headache.

On April 27, 2025, at 9:45 PM, I reached out to online support via WhatsApp. At first, they seemed willing to help—until I mentioned I was sending a test message to my girlfriend. After that, their only response was “Work fin?” which I couldn’t make sense of. I sent six more follow-up messages, but none were even opened (the WhatsApp ticks never turned blue).

In the end, I decided to cancel my subscription. I couldn’t afford the risk of my customers getting the same message multiple times and dealing with the fallout. Also I found the support hit and miss, but think they gave up on me as they didnt even read the messages in the end.

Customer service was very fast. They're solve problem instantly.

Amazing customer service, they were knowledgeable and very competent. Explained everything well and solved me issue within a few minutes. Very satisfied and grateful.

Customer service does not exist amd no help. They show 100's of SMS messages being delivered but when you check with your carrier these messages were never even sent. This service is complete fraud. Do not sign up with them. Had to open dispute with Paypal to get a full refund.

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with [SMS8] was outstanding.
